Abstract
Description
(1)上記モノマー(A)、上記モノマー(A)の無水物及び上記モノマー(B)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、25℃で液状である。
(2)上記縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する。
(3)上記モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸を含む。
(1)前記モノマー(A)、前記モノマー(A)の無水物及び前記モノマー(B)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、25℃で液状である。
(2)前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する。
(3)上記モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸を含む。

本実施形態に係る粘着剤は、カルボキシル基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(A)及びアミノ基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(B)を含む重合性モノマーを縮合重合して得られる構造単位を有する縮合系樹脂を、含有する。
(1)モノマー(A)、モノマー(A)の無水物及びモノマー(B)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、25℃で液状である。
(2)縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する。
(3)モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸を含む。
本実施形態に係る粘着剤は、高温環境下でも粘着性を維持することができるため、下記(1)~(3)の工程を備える用途に用いることができる。
(1)第一の被着体に、粘着剤を含有する粘着層を介して、第二の被着体を貼付する貼付工程。
(2)粘着層の温度が200℃以上となる条件下で、第一の被着体及び第二の被着体を加熱する加熱工程。
(3)加熱工程を経た第一の被着体から、粘着層及び第二の被着体を剥離する剥離工程。
図1は、本発明の粘着剤の好適な一実施形態を示す模式断面図である。図1に示す粘着剤1は、支持体10と、該支持体10上に設けられた粘着剤を含有する粘着層14と、を備える。
本実施形態に係る粘着剤は、高温環境下でも粘着性を維持することができるため、下記(1)~(3)の工程を備える用途に用いることができる。
(1)被着体に、粘着材を、粘着層が被着体に近い側に配置されるように貼付する貼付工程。
(2)粘着材の温度が200℃以上となる条件下で、被着体を加熱する加熱工程。
(3)加熱工程を経た被着体から、粘着材を剥離する剥離工程。
攪拌機、還流冷却器、温度計、窒素導入管を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、二塩化イソフタロイル50部(モル比)、ポリプロピレンオキサイドジアミン(JEFFAMINE(登録商標)D-2000、HUNTSMAN社製)5部(モル比)及び1,4-ビス(3-アミノプロピル)ピペラジン45部(モル比)を、酸中和剤してトリエチルアミン110部(モル比)を含むN-メチルピロリドン中、氷冷下で縮合重合させた。反応終了後、反応混合液に3倍量の水を加えて、不溶成分を分離、乾燥することによりポリアミド樹脂を得た。
攪拌機、還流冷却器、温度計、窒素導入管を備えたセパラブルフラスコに、二塩化イソフタロイル43.75部(モル比)、二塩化テレフタロイル6.25部(モル比)、ポリプロピレンオキサイドジアミン(JEFFAMINE(登録商標)D-2000、HUNTSMAN社製)5部(モル比)及び1,4-ビス(3-アミノプロピル)ピペラジン45部(モル比)を、酸中和剤してトリエチルアミン110部(モル比)を含むN-メチルピロリドン中、氷冷下で縮合重合させた。反応終了後、反応混合液に3倍量の水を加えて、不溶成分を分離、乾燥することによりポリアミド樹脂を得た。
縮合重合において、二塩化イソフタロイルの配合量を31部に、二塩化テレフタロイルの配合量を19部に、それぞれ変更したこと以外は、実施例2と同様にして、ポリアミド樹脂、粘着剤ワニス及び粘着材を作製した。
二塩化イソフタロイルにかえて、二塩化テレフタロイル50部を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、ポリアミド樹脂、粘着剤ワニス及び粘着材を作製した。
粘着材を、厚さ70μmの10cm×10cmガラス板上に配置し、17~25℃の条件下で、ロール圧0.3MPaのラミネータを0.8m/分の速度で通過させることで貼り付けた。貼り付けられた粘着材のポリイミドフィルムの端部を少し剥がして把持し、レオメータRE3305R(山電製)引っ張り試験機を用いて、幅10mmを90度、引張速度300mm/minで、ポリイミドフィルムを引き剥がすのに要する最小の力(N/cm)を測定した。
粘着材の重量を測定し、予め測定していたポリイミドフィルムの重量を差し引くことで、粘着材の粘着層の重量を算出した。次いで、粘着性の評価と同様にして、粘着材のガラス板への貼り付け及び粘着材の剥離を行った。剥離した粘着材の重量を測定し、予め測定していたポリイミドフィルムの重量を差し引くことで、剥離後の粘着材の粘着層の重量を算出した。このとき、貼付前の粘着層の重量に対する、剥離後の粘着層の重量の割合が90%以上であった場合を「A」、90%未満であった場合を「B」として、剥れ残りの有無を評価した。
粘着性の評価と同様にして、粘着材のガラス板への貼り付けを行った。粘着材を貼り付けたガラス板を、200℃のクリーンオーブン中で1時間加熱し、粘着材のガラス板からの剥れの有無を目視で確認した。剥れがなかった場合を「A」、剥れがあった場合を「B」として、耐熱性を評価した。
Claims (34)
- カルボキシル基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(A)及びアミノ基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(B)を含む重合性モノマーを縮合重合して得られる構造単位を有する縮合系樹脂を含有し、
下記(1)及び(2)の少なくとも一方、並びに下記(3)を満たす、粘着剤。
(1)前記モノマー(A)、前記モノマー(A)の無水物及び前記モノマー(B)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、25℃で液状である。
(2)前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する。
(3)前記モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸を含む。 - 前記モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸及びテレフタル酸を含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記重合性モノマー中の前記テレフタル酸の含有量C2に対する前記イソフタル酸の含有量C1のモル比C1/C2が、1~19である、請求項2に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記モル比C1/C2が、3~19である、請求項3に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記(1)及び(2)の双方を満たす、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂及びポリアミド樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリアミド樹脂である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂中の前記構造単位が、前記ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記構造単位中の前記モノマー(B)に由来する構造が、前記ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記重合性モノマーが、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基及び少なくとも2つのアミノ基を有するモノマー(b-1)を、前記モノマー(A)及び前記モノマー(B)の総量に対して2~8mol%の割合で含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- ポリアミド樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂及びポリイミド樹脂からなる群より選択される縮合系樹脂を含有し、
前記縮合系樹脂が1,3-ベンゼンジイル基及びポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する、粘着剤。 - 前記縮合系樹脂が、イソフタル酸単位を含む、請求項11に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂が、テレフタル酸単位を更に含む、請求項12に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂における前記テレフタル酸単位の含有量C2に対する前記イソフタル酸単位の含有量C1のモル比C1/C2が、1~19である、請求項13に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記モル比C1/C2が、3~19である、請求項14に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有するジアミン単位を含む、請求項11~15のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂が、1,4-ピペラジンジイル基を更に有する、請求項11~16のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂が、1,4-ピペラジンジイル基を有するジアミン単位を含む、請求項17に記載の粘着剤。
- 被着体に貼付され、200℃以上に加熱された後に該被着体から剥離される耐熱性粘着剤として用いられる、請求項1~18いずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂の含有量が50質量%以上である、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- 前記縮合系樹脂からなる粘着剤である、請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。
- カルボキシル基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(A)及びアミノ基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(B)を含む重合性モノマーを縮合重合して得られる構造単位を有し、下記(1)及び(2)の少なくとも一方、並びに下記(3)を満たす縮合系樹脂の、粘着剤としての使用。
(1)前記モノマー(A)、前記モノマー(A)の無水物及び前記モノマー(B)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、25℃で液状である。
(2)前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する。
(3)前記モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸を含む。 - カルボキシル基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(A)及びアミノ基を少なくとも2つ有するモノマー(B)を含む重合性モノマーを縮合重合して得られる構造単位を有し、下記(1)及び(2)の少なくとも一方、並びに下記(3)を満たす縮合系樹脂の、粘着剤の製造のための使用。
(1)前記モノマー(A)、前記モノマー(A)の無水物及び前記モノマー(B)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、25℃で液状である。
(2)前記縮合系樹脂が、ポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する。
(3)前記モノマー(A)が、イソフタル酸を含む。 - ポリアミド樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂及びポリイミド樹脂からなる群より選択される縮合系樹脂であって、1,3-ベンゼンジイル基及びポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する縮合系樹脂の、粘着剤としての使用。
- ポリアミド樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂及びポリイミド樹脂からなる群より選択される縮合系樹脂であって、1,3-ベンゼンジイル基及びポリオキシアルカンジイル基を有する縮合系樹脂の、粘着剤の製造のための使用。
- 支持体と、該支持体上に設けられた請求項1~21のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤を含有する粘着層と、を備える粘着材。
- 第一の被着体に、請求項1~21のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤を含有する粘着層を介して、第二の被着体を貼付する貼付工程と、
前記粘着層の温度が200℃以上となる条件下で、前記第一の被着体及び前記第二の被着体を加熱する加熱工程と、
前記加熱工程を経た前記第一の被着体から、前記粘着層及び前記第二の被着体を剥離する剥離工程と、
を備える、粘着剤の使用方法。 - 前記貼付工程において、前記第一の被着体と前記第二の被着体とを0~50℃で貼付する、請求項27に記載の使用方法。
- 前記剥離工程において、前記第一の被着体から、前記粘着層及び前記第二の被着体を0~50℃で剥離する、請求項27又は28に記載の使用方法。
- 前記剥離工程で剥離された前記粘着層を、前記貼付工程に再利用する、請求項27~29のいずれか一項に記載の使用方法。
- 被着体に、請求項26に記載の粘着材を、前記粘着層が前記被着体に近い側に配置されるように貼付する貼付工程と、
前記粘着材の温度が200℃以上となる条件下で、前記被着体を加熱する加熱工程と、
前記加熱工程を経た前記被着体から、前記粘着材を剥離する剥離工程と、
を備える、粘着材の使用方法。 - 前記貼付工程において、前記粘着材を前記被着体に0~50℃で貼付する、請求項31に記載の使用方法。
- 前記剥離工程において、前記被着体から、前記粘着材を0~50℃で剥離する、請求項31又は32に記載の使用方法。
- 前記剥離工程で剥離された前記粘着材を、前記貼付工程に再利用する、請求項31~33のいずれか一項に記載の使用方法。
