Abstract

본 발명은 단백질, 다당류 및 식용유지 성분을 포함하면서 균괴를 이루는 다중 코팅층으로 유산균을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 코팅층을 갖는 유산균 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다중 코팅 유산균은 증진된 내산성, 내담즙성 및 가속시험 안정성을 나타내고, 낮은 함습성을 가져 수분변화에 특히 안정한 장점이 있어, 다양한 유산균 함유 제품 제조시 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
