Claims (5)
- 원료인삼을 최대압력 15kg/cm2, 온도 120∼150℃의 조건으로 파핑하는 단계와, 상기 과정을 거쳐 파핑처리된 인삼으로부터 물 또는 알콜을 추출용매로 하여 추출온도 60∼90℃로 인삼의 유효성분을 추출하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 인삼의 유효성분 추출방법.
- 제 1항의 파핑처리로 가공한 인삼의 추출물을 유효성분으로 하는 건강식품.
