Abstract

본 발명은 나노입자의 분산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 표면 개질 방법 및 이를 이용해 제조된 향상된 분산성을 가지는 나노입자에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 나노입자의 표면에 양쪽성 화합물이 결합하여 표면 분산성을 향상시키는 방법 및 이를 이용한 나노입자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노입자는 나노입자의 표면에 음이온과 양이온이 동시에 형성되어, 전기적으로 안정하여 넓은 pH 범위에서 안정하고, 염의 농도가 높은 경우에도 안정적으로 분산되고, 비특이적 흡착이 저감된다. 이를 이용하여 비특이적 흡착을 최소화한 새로운 특이적 물질이나 센서를 제조하게 되었다.
