As a result, when the grease 28 deposited on the wiper assembly 2 contacts the scraper 6 by its own rotation, it is first separated from the upper surface of the wiper assembly 2 at the quasi-horizontal portion of the scraper 6 and further heated by the heat of the scraper 6. Therefore, it becomes easy to separate from the grease 28 on the wiper assembly 2.
- the separator 14 shown in FIG. 11A when the separator 14 is not provided, if the grease 30 adheres to the side surface of the wiper assembly 2, the grease 30 is carried by the rotation of the wiper assembly 2 and adheres to the inner surface of the cover 5.
- the cover 5 is not directly heated, and the viscosity of the grease 30 adhering to the cover 5 is higher than the viscosity on the scraper 6 and the heater block 8 and therefore does not fall immediately.
- the separator 14 functions as a partition that separates the grease guide path in the vicinity of the scraper 6 and the heater block 8 from the wiper assembly 2.
- 3 and 7 is a heater slope 11 in which a plate heater 26 is installed on the back surface of a slope manufactured by sheet metal processing. The grease falling from the grease dropping hole 12 is received, and the grease is heated by the plate heater 26 to improve the fluidity and flow down to the recovery container 10.
- the stopper 16 shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 6 is composed of two metal plates 16a and 16b and is installed on the stand base 24.
- the wire rope 1 runs backward for some reason, it has a function of preventing the wiper assembly 2 from colliding with the scraper 6 and being damaged.
- the contact surface of the stopper 16 with the wiper assembly 2 is set lower by a comma number of mm to 1 mm than the quasi-horizontal portion of the scraper 6.
- the stand base 24 shown in FIG. 3 is obtained by attaching a rib to a sheet metal processed part, and functions as a stand for holding the scraper 6, the heater block 8, the separator 14, and the stopper 16 at predetermined positions.
- recovery container 10 is heated with the cartridge heater 25 which is a heater,
- attachment is lowered
- the scraper is heated by the cartridge heater 25 which is a heater through the heater block 8, the grease as the deposit is easily separated from the scraper 6, and the recovery efficiency of the grease as the deposit is improved.
- a plane including an edge portion in the vicinity of the pair of resin wipers 17 that is a resin member of the wiper assembly 2 of the scraper 6 and an end surface of the pair of resin wipers 17 on which the grease that is the deposit accumulates are parallel or By adopting an acute angle configuration, it is possible to heat the grease, which is a highly viscous deposit, from the pair of resin wipers 17 having a relatively low temperature, thereby improving the heating efficiency. For this reason, the fluidity
- a heater slope 11 that is a sliding member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is provided, and the heater slope 11 is a plate heater 26. Therefore, the structure is simple and can be manufactured by bending a thin plate and a commercially available panel heater, so that an inexpensive and robust wire rope cleaning tool can be obtained.
- the temperature of the grease which is the scraped material scraped off by the scraper 6 is lowered by the heater block 8 which is a heater member which is in contact with the scraper 6 and extends from the scraper 6 to the vicinity of the lower surface of the attached physical distribution of the heater slope 11 which is a skew member. Therefore, since it can be moved to the heater slope 11 that is the skew member while maintaining fluidity, the recovery efficiency of the grease that is the deposit is increased.
- a plane that faces the pair of resin wipers 17 forms an acute angle with the horizontal plane, and faces the pair of resin wipers 17 from the scraper 6 to the heater slope 11 that is a skew member.
- the pressure acting from the grease, which is a subsequent deposit acting on the grease, which acts on the deposit, which moves away from the scraper 6 and moves to the heater block 8, which is the heater member, is caused by the inclination of the plane to be separated from the scraper 6.
- the component force is directed in the direction of the heater slope 11 that is the skew member, and the effect of promoting the movement of the grease that is the deposit is obtained.
- the cover body 5 for preventing the grease that is scraped by the scraper 6 of the support base assembly 4 from being scattered to the periphery, the grease that is scraped by the scraper 6 is scattered to the periphery. It is possible to recover without causing it.
- the present invention is suitable for realizing a wire rope cleaning device that can shorten the work time required for wire rope cleaning and promote the efficiency of wire rope maintenance work.
