Definitions
- the present invention relates to a container with a lid.
- Containers with lids molded from synthetic resins are manufactured and consumed in large quantities as supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. for storing lunch boxes, prepared dishes, preserved foods, and the like. Many of these lidded containers are manufactured considering only one use. However, some foods cannot be used at once (for example, plum dried, rakkyo, caviar, salmon roe, fruit, dried fruit, salad, etc.), and there is a desire to use a container with a lid multiple times.
- the lidded container of Patent Document 1 uses screw bonding, and a body-side screw step portion and a fitting portion are formed in a skirt portion on the container body side that is a sheet molded product, and the lid is also a sheet molded product.
- a lid side screw step part and a fitting part of the same shape as the main body side screw step part in the skirt part formed at a position facing the skirt part of the container main body on the body side.
- the lid is detachably attached. Then, by screwing the screw step portion of the container body with the screw step portion of the lid body, and further engaging or fitting the fitting portion on the container body side and the fitting portion on the lid side, It is said that a seal part is formed and the sealing property can be secured. Further, the fitting parts are fitted to each other, whereby both skirt parts of the container main body and the lid body come into close contact with each other, and higher sealing performance can be secured.
- the fitting portion on the container body side formed by sheet molding is formed on the outer skirt portion of the container body. Therefore, the lid fitting portion for engaging with the lid is also provided in the lid outer skirt portion.
- the outer skirt portion is weak in strength and easily deforms. Therefore, the structure fitted with the outer skirt portion cannot exhibit sufficient sealing performance.
- screw step portions are provided on the outer skirt portion of the container body and the outer skirt portion of the lid body, and these screw step portions are engaged with each other, sufficient sealing cannot be obtained for the same reason as described above.
- the container body formed by sheet molding and the outer skirt portion of the lid body are easily deformable parts, so that sufficient sealing is achieved. Sex cannot be obtained.
- a projecting body for sealing is formed on the entire horizontal flange of either the container body or the lid, and the projecting body is fitted to the other when the lid is closed.
- a groove for sealing to be joined is formed over the entire circumference.
- the container body and the lid cannot be pressed strongly, and high sealing performance cannot be ensured.
- the projecting body guide provided in the container described in Patent Document 2 can guide the projecting body upward and guide the projecting body in the direction of removing the lid, This is because the body cannot be pressed against the main body, and the force that presses the flange portion formed on the lid downward, that is, the force that presses the flange portion against the surface of the flange portion formed on the container main body does not act.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances. For example, even a lidded container formed with a sheet is easy to mold, and has a sufficient sealing property when the lid is closed.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a lidded container that can be reliably secured and can be easily attached and detached.
- the present inventors have conducted many experiments, and when the inner wall portion of the container body is pressed against the inner wall portion of the container body, the inner wall portion of the container body is deformed. It was difficult to obtain high sealing performance. Further, by forming a guide surface on the outer skirt of the container body and moving the protrusion formed on the lid along the guide surface, a high pressure contact state can be stably formed between the container body and the lid body. I found out.
- the present invention is based on the above findings.
- the first form of the lidded container according to the present invention is constituted by a container body having a substantially circular upper opening, and a lid that is detachably attached to the upper opening of the container body.
- a container with a lid in which a liquid-tight seal portion in the circumferential direction is formed between the peripheral edge of the lid and the upper opening of the container main body when the container is attached to the container main body.
- the container includes a container inner wall portion that is continuous with the side wall of the container body, a first flange portion that extends horizontally from the upper end of the container inner wall portion, and a downward direction from the outer end of the first flange portion.
- a container-side skirt portion extending at least, and a peripheral edge portion of the lid body has a region that can contact the inner wall portion of the container over the entire circumference when the lid body is attached to the container body.
- Horizontally from the inner wall and the upper end of the lid inner wall At least a second flange portion extending in the direction and a lid-side skirt portion extending downward from an outer end of the second flange portion, and the lid-side skirt portion facing inward. Two or more projecting portions are formed, and the lower edge side of the projecting portion formed on the lid side skirt portion is brought into contact with the first flange portion formed on the upper opening of the container body.
- a container-side skirt portion is formed so that the lower end of the container-side skirt portion is positioned below the lower end of the lid-side skirt portion, and the container-side skirt portion of the container body has a lid
- a first guide surface is formed that can guide the projection formed on the lid-side skirt portion downward when the body is attached. When the lid is closed, the projection is the first guide surface. Plan downward depending on the surface As a result, the lid body is pulled downward, whereby the seal portion formed between the inner wall portion of the container and the inner wall portion of the lid is in pressure contact with the seal portion. Sealing property is ensured.
- the operation of closing the lid is configured such that the protrusion formed on the lid is guided downward by the first guide surface formed on the container-side skirt, and thus the lid is simply rotated in the tightening direction. It is only necessary to move, and when the rotation is finished, the above-described circumferential liquid-tight seal portion having high sealing performance is formed.
- the liquid-tight seal portion in the circumferential direction is formed not on the skirt portion but on the inner wall portion of the container continuous with the side wall of the container body as described above.
- the portion of the inner wall of the container that is continuous with the side wall of the container main body is a region that is less likely to be deformed by an external force than the skirt formed from the upper end of the container main body toward the lower outside, and has a lid. Later, breakage of the liquid-tight seal portion can be prevented with high probability.
- the lid body side skirt portion is formed so that the lower end of the lid body side skirt portion is positioned below the lower end of the container side skirt portion, and tightening of the lid is started.
- the fingertip of the person holding the lid does not touch the lower edge of the container-side skirt.
- the force required to rotate the lid body is more than that when the protrusion formed on the lid side skirt portion is guided downward by the first guide surface.
- a larger force is applied than before, but as described above, the fingertip of the person holding the lid is on the container side between the start of tightening the lid and the end of tightening. Since the lower end edge of the skirt portion is not touched, even if a force is applied to the fingertip, the bottom end edge of the container side skirt portion is not touched and scratched.
- the lid body when the lid is removed, the lid body is in a free state with respect to the container body, that is, the lower edge side of the protrusion formed on the lid side skirt portion is formed on the upper opening of the container body.
- the fingertip of the person holding the lid does not touch the lower end edge of the container-side skirt portion until it is separated from the upper surface of the flange portion of 1.
- the lower edge side of the projection formed on the lid side skirt portion contacts the upper surface of the first flange portion formed on the upper opening of the container body. It is possible that the lid is further rotated in the circumferential direction in the contact state.
- the lid side skirt portion is formed long so that the lower end of the lid side skirt portion is positioned below the lower end of the container side skirt portion as described above. Therefore, the lower end of the container-side skirt portion is not exposed, and therefore the fingertip of the person holding the lid body is inadvertent even when the lid is rotated to remove the lid. Touching the lower edge of the container side skirt can be avoided. As a result, the fingertip is not damaged at the lower edge of the container-side skirt.
- the first and second horizontal flange portions are provided so that the upper opening portion of the container body and the peripheral portion of the lid body are not easily deformed by an external force. It is possible to prevent the liquid-tight seal portion from being broken with a higher probability.
- the first flange portion when the lid is closed downward by the first guide surface when the lid is closed, the first flange portion It can also be set as the state which press-contacted with the 2nd flange part. When the two flange portions are in a pressure contact state, a liquid-tight seal portion in the circumferential direction is also formed in the region as the second seal portion, and a container with a lid with higher sealing performance is obtained.
- a second form of a container with a lid according to the present invention is constituted by a container body having a substantially circular upper opening, and a lid that is detachably attached to the upper opening of the container body.
- a lid inner side wall having a region that can contact the inner side wall of the container over the entire circumference when attached to the main body, and a lid side skirt that extends downward from the upper end of the lid inner side wall; Further comprising the lid side skirt Two or more protrusions projecting inward are formed, and the container-side skirt portion of the container body is provided with the protrusion formed on the lid-side skirt portion when the lid is attached.
- a second guide surface is formed, and the second guide surface has a horizontal region partially parallel to an upper end of the inner wall of the container, and a lower edge side of the protrusion of the lid side skirt portion
- the container-side skirt portion is formed such that the lower end of the container-side skirt portion is positioned below the lower end of the lid-side skirt portion in a state where the container-side skirt portion is in contact with the horizontal region of the second guide surface.
- the behavior when the lid is attached is almost the same as that with the lid according to the first embodiment, but there is a difference in the behavior when the lid is removed. That is, in the container with a lid according to the second embodiment, a second guide surface is formed which can guide the protrusion upward with the posture where the lower edge side of the protrusion is in contact with the container-side skirt, The second guide surface partially has a horizontal region that is substantially parallel to the upper end of the inner wall of the container.
- the protrusion formed on the lid body side skirt portion is guided upward by the second guide surface, so that the operation for removing the lid becomes extremely easy. Further, in the process, the protrusion passes through the horizontal region, so that the stability of the removal operation can be ensured.
- the second guide surface can be used as a guide surface on the lower edge side of the protrusion, so that the operation of closing the lid becomes easier.
- the lower edge side of the projection is placed on the horizontal region, and the lid is rotated in the tightening direction from that state, so that the projection can be easily moved to the position of the first guide surface. Can be guided to.
- the fingertip of the person holding the lid touches the lower end edge of the container-side skirt portion and the fingertip is damaged. It can be avoided. That is, in the container with a lid according to the second aspect, when the lid is attached, the lid body is moved so as to move the convex portion from the horizontal region formed on the second guide surface along the first guide surface. When rotating and when removing the lid, when the lid is rotated so as to move the convex portion from the first guide surface to the horizontal region formed on the second guide surface.
- the first guide surface does not exist above the horizontal region of the second guide surface.
- the upper side of the horizontal region is open upward due to the absence of the first guide surface, and when the lid is closed, the lower edge side of the protruding portion is positioned above the horizontal region.
- the protrusion can be easily guided to the position of the first guide surface by rotating the lid body in the tightening direction from that state.
- the inner wall portion of the container and the inner wall portion of the lid Is a cylindrical surface or a conical surface expanding upward, in which (A) the radius of the upper end of the inner wall of the lid is r1, the radius of the upper end of the inner wall of the vessel is r3, and the inner wall of the vessel with respect to the vertical center line (B) r1 ⁇ r3 and ⁇ 1>, where r1 ⁇ r3 and 0 ° ⁇ ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2 where ⁇ 1 is the inclination angle of the portion and ⁇ 2 is the inclination angle of the inner wall portion 12 of the lid.
- a mode in which ⁇ 2 ⁇ 0 °, a mode in which (C) r1> r3, ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2 and not 0 ° are included.
- a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing ribs may be formed on the lid side skirt portion of the lid.
- the strength of the lid side skirt portion of the lid can be increased, thereby preventing deformation of the lid and making it difficult for the lid to slide during the attachment / detachment operation.
- the container body and the lid are both sheet molded products made of a synthetic resin sheet.
- the container side skirt portion on the container body side is provided with the first guide surface for guiding the protrusion formed on the lid body, and the container body and the lid body are both sheets. Even in the case of a shape that is easily deformed by an external force, such as a molded product, the lid fastening operation can be performed stably and reliably.
- high sealing performance can be imparted to a lidded container formed with a thin sheet of synthetic resin. Further, the lid can be easily attached and detached repeatedly, and at that time, a lidded container can be obtained in which the fingertip holding the lid is not damaged. In addition, it is possible to obtain a container with a lid that can be easily molded as compared with conventional containers.

- the first guide surface 30 does not exist above the horizontal region 42 and the second inclined region 43 in the second guide surface 40.
- the distance between the first guide surface 30 and the second guide surface 40 in the region where the first guide surface 30 exists above the second guide surface 40 is the projection 15 formed on the lid 10. Is a distance that can be passed in a horizontal posture.
- the peripheral edge portion 12 of the lid body 10 is put on the upper opening 21 of the container body 20 and slightly pressed downward. Thereby, except when the four protrusions 15 of the lid body 10 are in contact with the portion 25 (the protruding portion at the upper end of the first guide surface 30) of the first flange portion 23 of the container body 20, The lid body 10 sinks downward in a posture in which the inner surface of the protrusion 15 is in contact with the container-side skirt portion 24 of the container body 20. If it is in contact, rotate slightly.
- the lower edge side of the protrusion 15 is placed on the horizontal region 42 in the second guide surface 40, in other words, the protrusion 15
- the lid side skirt portion 14 is formed such that the lower end of the lid side skirt portion 14 is positioned below the lower end of the container side skirt portion 24 with the lower edge side in contact with the horizontal region 42 of the second guide surface 40. Is done.
- the length of the lid-side upper skirt portion 14 a in the lid-side skirt portion 14 is formed to be a predetermined length from the relationship with the container-side skirt portion 24 of the container body 20.
- the lower end of the container-side skirt portion 24 is the position of the reinforcing horizontal flange 24 c formed at the lower end of the container-side skirt portion 24.
- each projection 15 passes through a concave groove formed by the first guide surface 30, the second guide surface 40, and the container side skirt portion 24.
- each projection 15 It is guided along the inclination of the guide surface 30 and in contact with the first guide surface 30 and gradually drawn downward. In other words, the entire lid 10 is drawn downward, that is, toward the container body 20 side. And each protrusion 15 gets over the said bulge 33 and enters the said hollow part 34, Then, the attachment operation of a lid
- the lid-side skirt portion is so positioned that the lower end of the lid-side skirt portion 14 is located below the lower end of the container-side skirt portion 24 (position of the reinforcing horizontal flange 24c). 14 is formed long and the reinforcing horizontal flange 24c is not exposed to the outside, so that the fingertip or the like is not inadvertently damaged.
- the container inner side wall portion 22 is a portion that is continuous with the upper edge of the container body side wall 20a of the container body 20, and is less likely to be deformed by an external force than the skirt portion. For this reason, even if an external force is applied to the container with a lid after the lid is attached, there is a very low probability of creating a gap in the “circumferential seal”, and there is a high probability that the liquid inside will leak. Can be blocked.
- the amount of the first guide surface 30 projecting outward in the radial direction is small at the portion 25 of the first flange portion 23 and gradually increases as it goes downward.
- the rising wall 31 is formed so as to follow it. Therefore, even when each projection 15 is placed on the portion 25 of the first flange portion 23, the projection 15 is dropped to the second guide surface 40 by slightly rotating the lid 10 in the front-rear direction.
- the lid can be attached more easily.
- the first guide surface 30 may be a surface slightly inclined upward in the radial direction, and the upper surface side of the protrusion 15 may be a surface inclined in the radial direction, thereby facilitating the tightening operation. Both the property and the ease of molding can be satisfied.
- the lid 10 When removing the lid 20, the lid 10 is rotated counterclockwise. Each of the protrusions 15 of the lid body 10 rotates along the first guide surface 30, the second guide surface 40, and the container side skirt portion while the lower edge portion on the front side in the rotational direction moves along the second guide surface 40. 24, and moves out of the groove formed by 24. After detachment, the lid body 10 can be removed by lifting the lid body 10 at an appropriate position.
- FIG. 7A shows a state in which the lid side skirt portion 14 is the shortest, and if it is longer than that, the intended purpose can be achieved.
- the reinforcing horizontal flange 24c on the container body 20 side is placed in a state where the lower edge side of the protrusion 15 of the lid body 10 is in contact with the first flange portion 23 of the container body 20.
- the cover body side skirt portion 14 is formed to have a length that can be covered with the lid body side skirt portion 14 (the lid body side lower skirt portion 14b).
- FIG. 6 is a view corresponding to FIG. 5 and showing another embodiment of the container with a lid according to the present invention.
- This embodiment is different from the above-described container 1 with a lid in that the second guide surface 40 is not provided.
- 31b is a terminal part of the part 31a extended concentrically of the above-mentioned standing wall 31, and is provided in an appropriate position.
- Other configurations are the same as those of the lid-equipped container 1 of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same members.
- each projection 15 has its upper edge on the front side in the rotational direction of each first guide.
- the lid body 10 is rotated clockwise in the drawing, whereby each projection 15 has its upper edge on the front side in the rotational direction of each first guide.
- the second flange portion 13 on the lid body 10 side is in a required pressure contact state with the first flange portion 23 of the container body 20, Airtightness between the container body 20 and the lid 10 is ensured.
- the length of the lid body side skirt portion 14 is such that the lower side of the projection 15 of the lid body 10 is in contact with the first flange portion 23 of the container body 20, It is desirable that the length be positioned below the horizontal flange 24c for use. Thereby, it is possible to effectively avoid inadvertently damaging a fingertip or the like when the lid 10 is attached or removed.
- the number of protrusions formed on the lid 10 is four in the figure, but the number is arbitrary as long as it is two or more.
- the number of first guide surfaces 30 corresponding to the number of protrusions and, if necessary, the second guide surfaces 40 are formed on the container body 20.
- the protrusions are preferably arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
- the lid side skirt portion 14 is constituted by the lid side upper skirt portion 14a, the reinforcing horizontal flange 14c, and the lid side lower skirt portion 14b.
- the reinforcing horizontal flange 14c can be omitted.
- an outer edge line of a waveform sine wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, etc.
- an outer edge line that is not a straight line may be provided.
