- the top cover 33 includes a front lowering portion 93 and a rear lowering portion 94 that are lowered from the vicinity of the mating surface portion 88a of the handle cover front half body 35 and the handle cover rear half body 36. Accordingly, the distance between the front surface portion 93 and the slope portion 94 increases, and the space 95 in the top cover sandwiched between the front surface portion 93 and the rear surface portion 94 becomes wide. Therefore, it is easy to arrange the mating surface 88 of the handle cover front half 35 and the handle cover rear half 36 in the space 95 in the top cover.
- FIG. 17A shows a cross-sectional view taken along line 17-17 in FIG. 12 and a view corresponding to the state in which the headlight is at the position shown in FIG. 16A.
- FIG. A diagram of the state corresponding to when the light is in the position of FIG. 16B is shown. The action is the same as in FIGS. 16 (a) and 16 (b). That is, the top cover 33 is provided so as to cover the gap G formed between the upper edge 89 of the headlight 32 and the peripheral edge 45 a of the headlight opening 45. When the headlight 32 is swung downward, the gap G increases, but since it is covered with the top cover 33, the gap G cannot be seen from the outside. Therefore, there is no concern that the appearance of the vehicle is impaired.
- CL shown in FIG. 17A is a clearance in the height direction of the gap G when the headlight is swung so as to face upward.
- CL ′ shown in FIG. 17B is a clearance in the height direction of the gap G when the headlight is swung downwards.
- a central portion of the rear surface portion 94 of the top cover 33 is provided with a concave portion 103 that is recessed toward the front of the vehicle, and a speedometer 62 is disposed behind the concave portion 103.
- the operation when the top cover 33 swings together with the headlight 32 by adjusting the optical axis of the headlight 32 will be described with reference to the next drawing.
- the top cover provided integrally with the headlight has a lower edge 94s of the rear surface portion of the top cover when the headlight is directed upward from below by adjusting the rear edge optical axis. Moves from the position indicated by the solid line (position at the time of FIG. 16 (b)) to the position indicated by the dotted line (position at the time of FIG. 16 (a)). Even when the headlight 32 is swung upward, the rear surface portion 94 of the top cover 33 is provided with the concave portion 103 that is recessed toward the front of the vehicle. Abstract
