Definitions
- the present invention relates to an opening / closing tool capable of easily opening and closing a bag and a bag provided with the same.
- Plastic fasteners are generally provided along the short side of a pouch, for example, if a pouch is made by laminating two rectangular films. Protrusions and recesses that can be engaged with and disengaged from each other are provided on the inner surfaces of the two films over the entire length of the substantially short side. To open the fastener, grip the two film fasteners near the center of the fastener with your left and right hands, and spread it to the left and right. As a result, the engagement between the convex portion and the concave portion of the fastener is released over substantially the entire length, so that the contents can be taken out from the pouch with a large opening.
- the above-described plastic fastener has a problem that the opening / closing operation is complicated. In other words, both the left and right hands must be used when opening and closing the fastener. Moreover, even if the contents are, for example, small particles, it is difficult to slightly open the fastener in accordance with the contents, and the contents are opened over substantially the entire length. And it was unexpectedly difficult to engage the convex part and the concave part when closing the fastener, and it was impossible to confirm with the eyes whether or not it was engaged, and it was possible to engage because it relied solely on the feel of the finger. Even if you intentionally move your finger to the other end of the fastener, it can often happen that it is actually not engaged and the seal is incomplete because the fastener is not closed.
- the fastener is open and widened to the left and right.
- a pouch having a small width for example, about 3 cm or less
- it is almost difficult to open the pouch.
- the contents include salt, sprinkles, tea leaves, etc., which contain granular or powdery parts
- the contents are opened with the fastener open and the pouch opening facing diagonally downward
- the fastener since the contents pass through the fastener, the granular and powdery material gets into the concave portion of the fastener, and the convex portion engages well when closing the fastener.
- fasteners that cannot be matched.
- the present invention can easily open and close the bag (pouch) with one hand, can be securely sealed, and the bag is not opened in a size larger than necessary,
- An opening / closing device that allows the contents to be taken out even when attached to a narrow bag, and that does not interfere with the closure of the bag due to the contents such as granular or powder, and a bag having the same The purpose is to provide.

- the opposing surfaces 11a and 12a are spaced apart and opened greatly, and the hinge portions 21 and 22 are opened.
- the opposing surface 11a is located on the upper side and is curved upwardly, while the opposing surface 12a is located on the lower side and curved downwardly in a concave shape. . That is, the heights of the opposing surfaces 11a and 12a forming the opening are different. For this reason, when taking out the contents from the bag Y, the take-out from the facing surface 12a side becomes easy.
- the opening / closing tool 2 is formed so that the outer surfaces 11h and 12b of the opening portions 11A and 12A bulge outward, for example, the vicinity of the outermost portion in the vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction is It is possible to serve as the grip portions 31 and 32 in the opening / closing tool 1 shown in FIG. That is, by forming the opening portions 11A and 12A in this way, the handle portion protruding outward from the opening portions 11A and 12A can be omitted, and the shape can be simplified. - the opening / closing tool 87 having the above-described configuration is obtained by inverting the other opening part 95 with respect to the one opening part 96 by approximately 180 degrees with respect to the connecting part H of the hinge parts 93, 94, so that the back side of the parts 93a, 93b. Further, the back surfaces of the portions 94a and 94b are combined with each other, whereby the elastic portions of the hinge portions 93 and 94 are disposed at the open position P2 shown in FIG. 5B, and the opening N between the opposing surfaces 91a and 92a. Can be configured.
- the opening / closing tool 87 is such that the connecting portion H is inclined with respect to the opening portions 91 and 92 with an inclination angle ⁇ , so that the opening portions 91 and 92 are respectively defined from the closed position P1 on the basis of the connecting portion H.
- the connecting portion H is inclined with respect to the opening portions 91 and 92 with an inclination angle ⁇ , so that the opening portions 91 and 92 are respectively defined from the closed position P1 on the basis of the connecting portion H.
- the hinge portions 93 and 94 are moved to the arrow F1.
- a sufficient opening area can be secured.
- the opening / closing tool 87 of the third embodiment is the same in the basic configuration except that the hinges 93, 94 are inclined with respect to the opening / closing tools 1, 2 of the second embodiment. All the embodiments of the opening / closing tools 1 and 2 of the second embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 24 to 36 can also be applied to the opening / closing tool 87 of the third embodiment. In other words, it can be said that the opening / closing tools 1 and 2 of the second embodiment are obtained by setting the inclination angle ⁇ of the hinge portions 93 and 94 of the opening / closing tool 87 of the third embodiment to zero.
