Abstract

본 발명에 의하면, 고층건물의 해당층 화재대피공간의 대피공에 대피공의 내주연을 커버하면서 상측으로부터 하측으로 삽입되는 탈출구캡; 상기 탈출구캡의 상/하측에 수직하게 설치되는 가이드부재; 상기 탈출구캡의 하측부에 상기 가이드부재의 상측부에 거치된 상태로 위치되며 상기 가이드부재를 따라 하강하는 하강부재; 상기 하강부재가 가이드부재를 따라 일정속도로 하강되도록 하는 완강부재; 및 상기 가이드부재를 따라 하강된 하강부재를 원래의 위치로 복귀시키는 복귀부재를 포함하는 비상탈출장치가 제공된다. 여기서, 상기 비상탈출장치는, 상기 하강부재가 가이드부재의 상측에 위치된 상태를 유지하도록 하는 락킹부재를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
