Abstract

A life saving implement of a non-powered mechanical type is disclosed. A family can escape one time in a building with more than 10 floors wherein the life saving implement is made of an excellent performance material as compared to a belt type automatic descending life saving line used by one person at one time in a 10th floor building. The life saving implement includes a motor assembly of a body, and a life saving lift. The motor assembly is installed in a building window or an outer wall of an apartment. The life saving lift is connected with a rope wound on two drums provided in the motor assembly.

Description

LIFE SAVING IMPLEMENT
Technical Field The present invention relates to a life saving implement of a non- powered mechanical type lift. This life saving implement of a non-powered mechanical type lift is a rescue or escaping equipment to descend down from a high building with more than 10th floors at the time of fire or other emergent disasters. A family can be rescued or escape at a time in a building with more than 10th floor wherein the life saving implement is made of the best performance and material for higher quality as compared to a belt type automatic descending life saving line used by only a passenger at a time only up to 10th floor of a high building. The life saving implement includes a motor assembly is installed in a building window or an outer wall of an apartment. The life saving lift is connected with both ends of the rope on two drums provided in the motor assembly. The life saving implement consists mainly of a speed adjusting device incorporating a brake. A rope passes through the speed adjusting device for automatic control of the descending-speed. In the fire or other emergent disasters, the passengers get into a board of the non- powered mechanical type lift and then pull at a start-handle to the slow descending. Therefore, safe descending operation is possible irrespective of the number of the escaping people.
BACKGROUND ART This life saving implement of a non-powered mechanical type lift made for a rescue or escaping equipment to descend down from a high place at the time of fire or other emergent disasters. The huge and high buildings were constructed with a dramatic increase in population for the use more effectively the value of land. In addition, many interior materials used to made from flammable materials and poisonous inside of the building by a high economic growth of the world economy. However, this was the reason why there was too often results in tragedy in fire. In other side, the situation of life saving implement were very weak so far. In case of the fire or other emergent disasters, the belt type automatic descending life saving line was used by only a passenger at a time only up to 10th floor of a high building. Also, other life saving implements were not really to use in actuality because it difficult to use. In fact, there was also no life saving implement or any life saving equipments to cover more than 10th floor building. The high building on fire, first of all, an electric wire to transmit electricity might be disconnected and then lost the power. So, we could not expect to operate elevator and any other safe electric systems. Also, it was not possible to escape from the emergency exit or corridor due to the smoke and poisonous fumes. Therefore, people could not use the emergency exit, front door, or corridor of the inside of high building. So, People could take shelter from the fire to the veranda of windows. People could request the rescue but there were a lot of victims due to the fire by the smoke and poisonous fumes. Some people jumped to the ground by the smoke and poisonous fumes. This was so tragic a ccident. The present i nvention made for o vercoming t hese p roblems as above. DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide life saving implement safely for a rescue or escaping equipment to descend down from a huge and high place at the time of fire or other emergent disasters. It is another object of the present invention to provide to use the usage of non-powered mechanical type lift easily and simply. It is another object of the present invention to provide for overcoming restriction of the number of passengers, floor for height, and weight. In other word, there is no limitation of floors and weight. It keep the safely to descend down from a high place at the time of fire or other emergent disasters. To achieve the above objects, there is provided manufacturing to exclude from the possibility of sand or a piece of dirt to get into the life saving implement. The present invention has been specially adapted for use the life saving implement of a non-powered mechanical type lift without electricity. Thus, its materials made of resistant to wear and distortion although it has not been used for long time. To achieve the above objects, there is provided the standard of this non- powered life saving implement is up to 25th floor of the high building. The tensile strength is 500kg or more for higher safety. In case of special ordered manufacturing n on-powered l ife s aving i mplement i s n o restriction for floor of the high place and can be manufactured and installed weight capacity of 1000kg or more.
Brief Description of the Drawings The present invention will become better understand with reference to accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein; Figure 1 is a main view illustrating the life saving implement using the product model recognition according to the present invention. Figure 2 is a perspective drawing of the front of the non-powered motor before use according to the present invention. Figure 3 is a perspective drawing of the inside of non-powered motor brake (brake drum and brake frame) and speed controller (spring controller and lining controller) according to the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention The special method of the present invention: As shown in Figure 1 , the unit 11 is entire of the non-powered motor frame. This is distinguished other existing life saving implement of entire equipment. This non-powered motor frame is connected with brake drum 13, the brake frame 14, and wire rope 18 and 26. As a bove w ire rope 26, the i dea of s afely d escending down from high building is as Hook's law that "The force produced by a spring is said to be a "restoring" force. The force is always trying to restore the spring to its equilibrium state." If a passenger get on the board of life saving implement, wire rope 18 through roller 19 with brake frame 14 goes up through the wire rope 18 is connected with brake frame by the weight of passenger. The spring 16 of inside brake frame will be restored its equilibrium state as weight of passengers. At this point, the power will be created by the spring as weight of passengers without electricity. This power will transmit to brake lining pad 15. This will control the speed of descending down life saving implement by rotating speed of brake drum. The board of life saving implement will be started to descending down safely by the friction between brake lining pad 15 and rotating speed of brake drum 13. The reel drum 12 of wire rope can be kept the brake speed. The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 is the main view of entire life saving implement of the present invention, includes the non-powered motor frame and board for passengers. The non-powered motor assembly 11 is installed in a building window or an outer wall of an apartment against from a high place at the time of fire or other emergent disasters. The safe descending wire rope 26 is connected with the board of life saving implement and the non-powered motor frame. One side of the wire rope 26 get wound round both side right and left at the upper part of the board of life saving implement. The other side of the wire rope 26 get wound round at the reel drum 12 of wire rope with two cog-wheels inside of non-powered motor frame. One cog-wheel engages with another by the both right and left side of the brake drum 13. The two cog-wheels engaged and t he m achine will b egin to start. The two rope will b e s afely d escending down with the same speed by the two cog-wheels engaged and the machine. The reel drum of wire rope 12 and brake drum 13 is connected through the core axle of drum. The diameter of reel drum of wire rope is 32cm. The circumference of the reel drum is about 100cm. This means that 1 m wire rope will be the length in case of one rotation of reel drum 26. The friction parts of brake drum 13 are made of the stainless steel. Figure 2 is a detail drawing of the front of the non-powered motor frame of the Figure 1 before use according to the present invention. The roller 19 in Figure 1 is connected to two wire ropes 18 to each wire rope through roller 19. One end wire 18 is connected to the brake frame 14. The other end wire 18 is connected to the connection and separation of wire rope at upper part of the board for passenger. If passengers get on the board lift, continuously upward brake frame 14 to the spring 16 can stop. As shown Figure 8, o ne end is u sed for m oving upward the other will not be moved by using brake controller 30. Usually, the brake lining pad 23 of the brake drums 13 is separated about 1~2mm before the use of the present invention. This is possible to separate by unit 23 upper unit 25. Figure 12 is a knot 31 in wire rope 26. Each two wire rope has two of the knot 31 in wire rope. So, total of knot 31 is four of them. Fist of all, the life saving implement begins to start moving down then it will be first stop at position about 3m upper the ground by wire rope 26. If the present invention is located at about 3m upper the ground, connection unit 24 will be suspended to wire rope 26. Then, brake drum 13 and installed reel drum of wire rope 12 will control the speed by separation from unit 23 to unit 23. Secondly, when the present invention is located at about 1.5m upper the ground, connection unit 24 will be suspended to second knot 31 in wire rope 26. Finally, when the present invention is located at about 50cm upper the ground, two of a connection unit 24 will be suspended to knot 31 in wire rope 26. Then, the life saving implement will be stop. Figure 6 is a detail drawing of the useful buffer (absorbing shock by means of spring) of the non-powered motor before use according to the present invention. Figure 7 is a detail drawing of the useful buffer (absorbing shock by means of spring) of the non-powered motor in use according to the present invention. When the life saving implement stop at 50cm upper the ground, it will be stop by absorbing shock using spring. The end of wire rope 26 insert into hole of reel drum, then it will be inserted the center of absorbing shock spring 61 inside of drum. Now, it is locked by the unit 62 of both side of end of spring 61.
This absorbing shock unit works when the spring shrinking. Figure 10 is a detail drawing of the separation between connected wire rope and with the brake frame and board according to the present invention. First, with up side and low side of board for passengers connect with wire rope safely. All sides of the body of the life saving implement made of non- flammability to against from the smoke and poisonous fumes. This can be stored in the cabinet or box on the board of the life saving implement. . The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are mot limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be constructed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. A life saving implement fix attaching on the wall of the building: a non-powered motor frame means 11 in which includes entire mechanical type units; the non-powered motor frame 11 and a lift which a passenger get on the lift; the lift and a roller 19 which fix by fixing pin of wire rope means 92 and wire rope 18 which is connected brake frame 14; a non-powered motor frame 14 which is connected with the wire rope 18 through roller 19; the upward non-powered motor frame 14 which receive compression by brake spring 16; a wound wire rope 26 which is needed descending down lift, and reel drum of wire rope 12 which can make same speed; a brake lining pad 15 in brake drum 13 by the compression and brake lining pad board for speed controller 17; a brake spring 21 between the non-powered motor 11 , a brake lining pad 22 and a connection board to touch the brake spring and the reel drum of wire rope 12; a center axle 29 to fix a reel drum 12 of wire rope to the non-powered motor frame 11 inside of unit 25; a life saving implement which includes the unit 25, unit 23 and a connection board 20.
2. The implement of claim 1 , a connection ring 24 with unit 23 and wire rope 26; a life saving implement includes the wire rope means 26 which is suspended on the connection ring 24 and a knot 31 of wire rope as speed controller.
3. The implement of claim 1 , in case of non-powered motor 14 moving up, it can not move down by brake stopper 30.
4. The implement of claim 1 , absorbing shock spring means 61 which is inside of the reel drum of wire rope 13; a wound up the wire rope means 26 which is get into the reel drum of wire rope 13, then horizontal unit 62, 63 of both end of absorbing shock spring
61 which is suspended with the wire rope 26; the wire rope 26 which is connected to the end of both sides horizontal units 62, 63 and the absorbing shock unit works when by means of a spring 61 is shrinking. The absorbing shock occurs by the power of compression.
