  • Patent Document 2 by controlling the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive to 0.5 to 20 ⁇ m (1.0 ⁇ m in the examples), it is easy to peel off from the laminated circuit board. The adhesive strength is reduced by thinning.
  • Patent Document 3 by using a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, even if the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is reduced to about 2 to 10 ⁇ m (3 ⁇ m in the examples), the reliability of adhesion to a liquid crystal display or the like does not decrease. In other words, the object is to prevent the adhesive force from being lowered even when the film is thinned.
  • Patent Document 4 even if the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is reduced to about 2 to 10 ⁇ m (2 to 7 ⁇ m in the examples) by using a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, the reliability of adhesion to the optical member does not decrease. In other words, the object is to prevent the adhesive force from being lowered even when the film is thinned.
