Description
本発明は、水や水溶性有機溶媒中で使用することができ、かつスカンジウムの漏出のない高分子担持スカンジウム触媒及びこの触媒を用いた有機合成方法に関する。
様々な金属を種々の担体に固定して金属とポリマーの複合体として、様々な反応に触媒として使用する試みは古くから行われている。
本発明者らは、スカンジウムなどのルイス酸金属化合物を高分子中に内包させ、ルイス酸金属触媒としての機能を保ったまま、これを担体に固定し、又は網状に結合させた形態を持たせた、回収及び再使用が可能である高分子内包ルイス酸金属触媒を開発している(特許文献1、非特許文献1)。
本発明者らは、スカンジウムなどのルイス酸金属化合物を高分子中に内包させ、ルイス酸金属触媒としての機能を保ったまま、これを担体に固定し、又は網状に結合させた形態を持たせた、回収及び再使用が可能である高分子内包ルイス酸金属触媒を開発している(特許文献1、非特許文献1)。

本発明者らが開発した高分子内包ルイス酸金属触媒(特許文献1、非特許文献1)は、アルドール反応、シアノ化反応、アリル化反応、マイケル反応、マンニッヒ反応など多くの有機合成反応において有効に機能するが、非水溶性有機溶媒中の使用に限られ、水や水溶性有機溶媒中で使用することはできなかった。またこの触媒以外にも、従来水や水溶性有機溶媒中でスカンジウムの漏出のないスカンジウム触媒は存在しなかった。
そのため、本発明は、水や水溶性有機溶媒中で使用することができ、かつスカンジウムの漏出のないスカンジウム触媒を提供することを目的とする。

本願発明者は、粒径が1~50nm程度の金クラスターを利用して、これにスルホン酸塩基やビニル基を有するジスルフィドを反応させて、金クラスターをこれらに内包させた金-高分子ナノ構造体を形成し、そのスルホン酸塩基にスカンジウムのルイス酸金属化合物を担持させ、更にビニル基を重合させて高分子化することにより、金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒を構成した。
この触媒は、水や水溶性有機溶媒中で使用することができ、スカンジウム触媒として機能し、かつスカンジウムの漏出のない高分子担持スカンジウム触媒であることが明らかになった。

本発明の金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒は、液相で、粒径が1~50nm、好ましくは1~10nmの金クラスター、ジスルフィドモノマー、ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩、及びScY3(式中、Yは後述する。)で表されるルイス酸金属化合物を混合し、ラジカル重合開始剤の存在下で重合することにより形成される。
本発明で用いる金クラスターは、通常溶媒又は有機物質中に粒径が1~50nm、好ましくは1~10nmの金クラスターとして分散しているものであれば特に限定されない。このような金クラスターの製法は公知であり、例えば、Tsukuda et al. JACS, 2005, 127, 13464.、Hutchison et al. J. Phys. Chem.B 2002, 106, 9979.、Murray et al. JACS, 2005, 127, 8126.等の文献に記載されている。
本発明で用いるジスルフィドモノマーは、下式
CH2=CH-R1-S-S-R1-CH=CH2
で表わされる。
式中、R1は、エーテル結合(-O-)を含んでもよい2価の炭化水素鎖を表す。この炭化水素鎖は、好ましくは、アルキレン基、アリーレン基若しくはアルキレンオキシド、又はこれらのうち少なくとも2つがブロック状に結合した鎖であり、直鎖であっても分岐であってもよく、全体の炭素数は好ましくは5~100程度である。アルキレン基としては、例えば、-(CH2)n-(式中、nは全体の中のアルキレン基の炭素数に相当する数字を表す。)が挙げられ、アリーレン基としては、例えば、フェニレン基、ナフタレン基などが挙げられる。アルキレンオキシドとしては、例えば、-(CH2CH2O)m-や-(CH2O)m-(式中、nは全体の中のアルキレンオキシドの炭素数に相当する数字を表す。)又はこれらが混在するアルキレンオキシド鎖などが挙げられる。

本発明で用いるジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩は、下式

本発明で用いるスカンジウムのルイス酸金属化合物はScY3で表される。
Yはハロゲン原子、OAc、OCOCF3、ClO4、SbF6、PF6又はOSO2CF3(OTf)、好ましくはOTfを表す。
ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩のアルカリ金属M+は溶液中で、このルイス酸金属化合物のScY2 +と置換され、下式のようにジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩はScの塩となる。
後述するように金クラスターに結合したジスルフィドは高分子化されるので、Sc金属はこの高分子に固定化されるので、漏出することがなくなる。
Yはハロゲン原子、OAc、OCOCF3、ClO4、SbF6、PF6又はOSO2CF3(OTf)、好ましくはOTfを表す。
ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩のアルカリ金属M+は溶液中で、このルイス酸金属化合物のScY2 +と置換され、下式のようにジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩はScの塩となる。
これらを液相で混合すると、ジスルフィドモノマー及びジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩のジスルフィドがAu-S結合となって、優先的に金クラスターに結合し、金クラスターをジスルフィドモノマー及びジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩が内包する形態となる。
この混合物にスチレンモノマーを加えておいてもよい。
溶媒としては、特に限定されないが、極性溶媒であるTHF、ジオキサン、アセトン、DMF、NMP、メタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、アミルアルコールなど、非極性溶媒でるトルエン、シクロヘキサン、ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタンなどが使用できる。
溶液中の、ジスルフィドモノマー濃度は0.5~4M、好ましくは1~2Mである。ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩の配合量は、ジスルフィドモノマー1モルに対して0.1~10モル、好ましくは0.5~2モルであり、スカンジウムのルイス酸金属化合物の配合量はジスルフィドモノマー1モルに対して1~10モル、好ましくは1.5~3モルである。スチレンモノマーはジスルフィドモノマー1モルに対して0~50モル、好ましくは1~9モル加えてもよい。
この混合物にスチレンモノマーを加えておいてもよい。
溶媒としては、特に限定されないが、極性溶媒であるTHF、ジオキサン、アセトン、DMF、NMP、メタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、アミルアルコールなど、非極性溶媒でるトルエン、シクロヘキサン、ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタンなどが使用できる。
溶液中の、ジスルフィドモノマー濃度は0.5~4M、好ましくは1~2Mである。ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩の配合量は、ジスルフィドモノマー1モルに対して0.1~10モル、好ましくは0.5~2モルであり、スカンジウムのルイス酸金属化合物の配合量はジスルフィドモノマー1モルに対して1~10モル、好ましくは1.5~3モルである。スチレンモノマーはジスルフィドモノマー1モルに対して0~50モル、好ましくは1~9モル加えてもよい。
このように、金クラスターをジスルフィドモノマー及びジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩が内包し、更に3価のスカンジウムが担持されて、任意に更にスチレンモノマーを含有するミセル状混合物が形成される。
ジスルフィドモノマーに含有させたビニル基及び任意に混合したスチレンモノマーを架橋させて、このミセル状混合物を高分子化する。
重合反応は、過酸化物やアゾ化合物等のラジカル重合開始剤を用いて、慣用の方法で行うことができる。
重合させる際の温度は、通常50~160℃、好ましくは60~120℃程度である。
加熱重合反応させる際の反応時間は、通常0.1~100時間、好ましくは1~10時間程度である。
ジスルフィドモノマーに含有させたビニル基及び任意に混合したスチレンモノマーを架橋させて、このミセル状混合物を高分子化する。
重合反応は、過酸化物やアゾ化合物等のラジカル重合開始剤を用いて、慣用の方法で行うことができる。
重合させる際の温度は、通常50~160℃、好ましくは60~120℃程度である。
加熱重合反応させる際の反応時間は、通常0.1~100時間、好ましくは1~10時間程度である。
このようにして得られた金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒は、アルドール反応、シアノ化反応、アリル化反応、マイケル反応、マンニッヒ反応、ディールスアルダー反応及びフリーデルクラフツ反応などに用いることができ、非常に高い活性を示す。
本発明の触媒は、如何なる溶媒においても使用することができるが、特に水、水溶性有機溶媒又はこれらの混合溶媒中において使用することができ、かつスカンジウム金属の漏出がないことが特徴である。
この水溶性有機溶媒としては、メタノールなどのアルコール類、アセトンなどのケトン類、アセトニトリル、THFなどが挙げられる。
本発明の触媒は、如何なる溶媒においても使用することができるが、特に水、水溶性有機溶媒又はこれらの混合溶媒中において使用することができ、かつスカンジウム金属の漏出がないことが特徴である。
この水溶性有機溶媒としては、メタノールなどのアルコール類、アセトンなどのケトン類、アセトニトリル、THFなどが挙げられる。
以下、実施例にて本発明を例証するが本発明を限定することを意図するものではない。
1H NMRと13C NMRは JEOL JNM-ECX-400, JNM-ECX-500又は、JNM-ECX-600を使用し CDCl3 を溶媒とし、テトラメチルシラン (δ=0、1H NMR)又はCDCl3(δ=77.0、13C NMR)を内部標準物質として測定した。高分解能質量分析 (HR-ESIMS) はBRUKER DALTONICS BioTOF II mass spectrometer 及び JEOL JMS-T100TD AccuTOF TLCにて測定した。ICP分析はShimadzu ICPS-7510にて測定した。カラムクロマトグラフィーには Silica gel 60 (Merck) を調整用薄層クロマトグラフィーにはWakogel B-5F(和光純薬株式会社)を使用した。溶媒は定法に従い蒸留したものを使用した。

製造例1
この製造例では、4-4'ジスルファンジイルジフェノール(4,4'-disulfanediyldiphenol)を合成した。
パラヒドロキシチオフェノール(25.0g, 和光純薬工業(株)製)をジメチルスルホキシド(100 mL、関東化学(株)製)に0℃で溶解させた。この反応溶液を65℃で24時間攪拌し、反応終了後0℃に冷却し、ジエチルエーテル(100 mL、和光純薬工業(株)製)で希釈した。これに水を加え、水相をジエチルエーテル50 mL×3で抽出した。この有機相を硫酸ナトリウム(和光純薬工業(株)製)で乾燥させ、クロロホルム(和光純薬工業(株)製)から再結晶して、4,4'-disulfanediyldiphenol (23.8g, 収率 96%)を得た。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。

この製造例では、4-4'ジスルファンジイルジフェノール(4,4'-disulfanediyldiphenol)を合成した。
パラヒドロキシチオフェノール(25.0g, 和光純薬工業(株)製)をジメチルスルホキシド(100 mL、関東化学(株)製)に0℃で溶解させた。この反応溶液を65℃で24時間攪拌し、反応終了後0℃に冷却し、ジエチルエーテル(100 mL、和光純薬工業(株)製)で希釈した。これに水を加え、水相をジエチルエーテル50 mL×3で抽出した。この有機相を硫酸ナトリウム(和光純薬工業(株)製)で乾燥させ、クロロホルム(和光純薬工業(株)製)から再結晶して、4,4'-disulfanediyldiphenol (23.8g, 収率 96%)を得た。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。

製造例2
この製造例では、1,2-bis(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl)disulfaneを合成した。
製造例1で得た4-4'ジスルファンジイルジフェノール(30.2 g)と炭酸カリウム(和光純薬工業(株)製、50 g)をDMF(TCI特級200 mL)に室温で溶かし、1-クロロメチル4-ビニルベンゼン(アルドリッチ社製、40.5 g)を加え85℃に加熱した。反応溶液は24時間攪拌した。反応溶液を0℃に冷却しジクロロメタン(関東化学(株)製、100 mL)で希釈し、水でクエンチした。水相をジクロロメタン(100 mL)で抽出し、あわせた有機相を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥させた。有機溶媒を留去し、ヘキサンで洗浄して1,2-bis(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl) disulfane (50.2g, 収率86%)を得た。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。

この製造例では、1,2-bis(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl)disulfaneを合成した。
製造例1で得た4-4'ジスルファンジイルジフェノール(30.2 g)と炭酸カリウム(和光純薬工業(株)製、50 g)をDMF(TCI特級200 mL)に室温で溶かし、1-クロロメチル4-ビニルベンゼン(アルドリッチ社製、40.5 g)を加え85℃に加熱した。反応溶液は24時間攪拌した。反応溶液を0℃に冷却しジクロロメタン(関東化学(株)製、100 mL)で希釈し、水でクエンチした。水相をジクロロメタン(100 mL)で抽出し、あわせた有機相を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥させた。有機溶媒を留去し、ヘキサンで洗浄して1,2-bis(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl) disulfane (50.2g, 収率86%)を得た。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。

製造例3
この製造例では、lithium 3,3'-(4,4'-disulfanediylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(oxy))dipropane-1-sulfonateを合成した。
製造例1で得た4-4'ジスルファンフェノール(6.47 g)をエタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製100 mL)に溶かし、0℃に冷却した。リチウムヒドロキシド(TCI特級2.58 g)をゆっくり加えた。混合溶液を室温まで昇温し1時間攪拌した。反応溶液を0℃に冷却し、スルトン(和光純薬工業(株)製7.89 g)を加えた。反応溶液を室温に昇温し24時間攪拌した。反応終了後生じた固体をエタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製100 mL)で洗浄して lithium 3,3'-(4,4'-disulfanediylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(oxy))dipropanme-1-sulfonate(11.6g, 収率85%)を得た。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。

この製造例では、lithium 3,3'-(4,4'-disulfanediylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(oxy))dipropane-1-sulfonateを合成した。
製造例1で得た4-4'ジスルファンフェノール(6.47 g)をエタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製100 mL)に溶かし、0℃に冷却した。リチウムヒドロキシド(TCI特級2.58 g)をゆっくり加えた。混合溶液を室温まで昇温し1時間攪拌した。反応溶液を0℃に冷却し、スルトン(和光純薬工業(株)製7.89 g)を加えた。反応溶液を室温に昇温し24時間攪拌した。反応終了後生じた固体をエタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製100 mL)で洗浄して lithium 3,3'-(4,4'-disulfanediylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(oxy))dipropanme-1-sulfonate(11.6g, 収率85%)を得た。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。

製造例4
この製造例では、文献(JACS, 2005, 127, 13464-13465)記載の方法で金クラスターを用意した。
水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(NaBH3、和光純薬工業(株)製、76 mg)をクロロトリフェルホスフィン金(AuClPPh3、1.0g)のエタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製、55 mL)溶液に15分かけて添加した。室温で2時間攪拌した後、ヘキサン(1 L)に注ぎ、20時間攪拌した。メンブレンフィルターにて濾過し茶色の固体を得た。メンブレンフィルターの上で得られた固体はヘキサン(100 mL)、ジクロロメタン/ヘキサン(1:1, 4X15 mL)、ジクロロメタン/ヘキサン(3:1、10mL)で洗浄した。メンブレンフィルターの上に残った固体をジクロロメタン(50 mL)に溶解し、ジクロロメタンを留去することで金クラスター(382 mg) を得た。
この製造例では、文献(JACS, 2005, 127, 13464-13465)記載の方法で金クラスターを用意した。
水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(NaBH3、和光純薬工業(株)製、76 mg)をクロロトリフェルホスフィン金(AuClPPh3、1.0g)のエタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製、55 mL)溶液に15分かけて添加した。室温で2時間攪拌した後、ヘキサン(1 L)に注ぎ、20時間攪拌した。メンブレンフィルターにて濾過し茶色の固体を得た。メンブレンフィルターの上で得られた固体はヘキサン(100 mL)、ジクロロメタン/ヘキサン(1:1, 4X15 mL)、ジクロロメタン/ヘキサン(3:1、10mL)で洗浄した。メンブレンフィルターの上に残った固体をジクロロメタン(50 mL)に溶解し、ジクロロメタンを留去することで金クラスター(382 mg) を得た。
実施例1
この実施例では、製造例2~4で得た原料を用いて、金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒を合成した。合成の手順を図1に示し、合成した触媒の構造を図2に示す。
DMF(和光純薬工業(株)製、3 mL)に、製造例4で得た金クラスター(0.4 mmoL as Au)を溶解させ70℃に加熱した。そこに、スチレン(東京化成工業(株)製、3.42 mmol)、製造例2で得た1,2-bis(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl) disulfane、42 mmol)、製造例3で得たlithium 3,3'-(4,4'-disulfanediylbis(4,1-phenylene) bis(oxy))dipropane-1-sulfonate(3.42 mmol)、スカンジウムトリフラート(Sc(TOf)3、和光純薬工業(株)製、2.4 mmol)、12-クラウン4-エーテル(東京化成工業(株)製、1.92 mmol)、AIBN(和光純薬工業(株)製0.034 mmol)を加え、70℃で8時間加熱した。生じた固体をジクロロメタン(50 mL)、メタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製、50 mL)水で洗浄し、スカンジウム触媒を得た(以下この触媒を「GS Y触媒」という。)。このスカンジウム触媒中の各金属の含有量は、Sc 0.0804 mmol/g、Au 0.132 mmol/g、Li 0.0303 mmol/gであった。
この実施例では、製造例2~4で得た原料を用いて、金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒を合成した。合成の手順を図1に示し、合成した触媒の構造を図2に示す。
DMF(和光純薬工業(株)製、3 mL)に、製造例4で得た金クラスター(0.4 mmoL as Au)を溶解させ70℃に加熱した。そこに、スチレン(東京化成工業(株)製、3.42 mmol)、製造例2で得た1,2-bis(4-(4-vinylbenzyloxy)phenyl) disulfane、42 mmol)、製造例3で得たlithium 3,3'-(4,4'-disulfanediylbis(4,1-phenylene) bis(oxy))dipropane-1-sulfonate(3.42 mmol)、スカンジウムトリフラート(Sc(TOf)3、和光純薬工業(株)製、2.4 mmol)、12-クラウン4-エーテル(東京化成工業(株)製、1.92 mmol)、AIBN(和光純薬工業(株)製0.034 mmol)を加え、70℃で8時間加熱した。生じた固体をジクロロメタン(50 mL)、メタノール(和光純薬工業(株)製、50 mL)水で洗浄し、スカンジウム触媒を得た(以下この触媒を「GS Y触媒」という。)。このスカンジウム触媒中の各金属の含有量は、Sc 0.0804 mmol/g、Au 0.132 mmol/g、Li 0.0303 mmol/gであった。
実施例2
溶媒をDMFからクロロホルムと水を容積比2:1で混合した混合溶媒に代えて、実施例1と同様にしてスカンジウム触媒を得た(以下この触媒を「GS X触媒」という。)。このスカンジウム触媒中の各金属の含有量は、Sc 0.0500 mmol/g、Au 0.100 mmol/g、Li 0.0180 mmol/gであった。
溶媒をDMFからクロロホルムと水を容積比2:1で混合した混合溶媒に代えて、実施例1と同様にしてスカンジウム触媒を得た(以下この触媒を「GS X触媒」という。)。このスカンジウム触媒中の各金属の含有量は、Sc 0.0500 mmol/g、Au 0.100 mmol/g、Li 0.0180 mmol/gであった。
実施例3
この実施例では、実施例1で合成したGS Y触媒を用いて、下式に従ってホルムアルデヒドとケイ素エノラートからヒドロキシメチル化化合物を合成した。
GS Y触媒(Scで0.02 mmol)をアセトニトリル(和光純薬工業(株)製、2 mL)に入れ、これに37%ホルムアルデヒド水溶液(和光純薬工業(株)製、150μL)とシリルエノールエーテル(和光純薬工業(株)製、0.4 mmol)を加えて、室温でアルゴン雰囲気下5時間攪拌した。CS Y触媒を濾過によって取り除き、溶媒を留去し、薄層クロマトグラフィー(pTLC)で精製し、ヒドロキシメチル化体(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one)を得た。また、溶媒をTHF(和光純薬工業(株)製、脱水)に代えて同様の合成反応を行った、また触媒を回収して再使用した。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。
1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.23-1.25 (d, J = 7.4 Hz, 3H), 2.28 (br s, 1H), 3.67 (m, 1H), 3.83 (m, 1H), 3.93 (m, 1H), 7.46-7.61 (m, 3H), 7.95-7.98 (m, 2H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 14.5, 42.9, 64.5, 128.4, 128.7, 133.3, 136.1, 204.4.
これらの反応の結果を表1に示す。
本願発明のGS Y触媒はシリルエノールエーテルのホルムアルデヒド水溶液を用いたヒドロキシメチル化反応に有効に機能した。含水溶媒中にもかかわらず、スカンジウムの漏出はICP分析において全く観測されなかった。回収再使用も可能であった。
この実施例では、実施例1で合成したGS Y触媒を用いて、下式に従ってホルムアルデヒドとケイ素エノラートからヒドロキシメチル化化合物を合成した。
1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.23-1.25 (d, J = 7.4 Hz, 3H), 2.28 (br s, 1H), 3.67 (m, 1H), 3.83 (m, 1H), 3.93 (m, 1H), 7.46-7.61 (m, 3H), 7.95-7.98 (m, 2H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 14.5, 42.9, 64.5, 128.4, 128.7, 133.3, 136.1, 204.4.
これらの反応の結果を表1に示す。
実施例4
この実施例では、GS Y触媒に代えて実施例2で合成したGS X触媒を用い、溶媒にTHFを用い、反応時間を2日として、実施例3と同様の反応を行なった。その結果実施例3と同じヒドロキシメチル化体(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one)を得た。結果を下表に示す。
GS X触媒は収率はGS Y触媒とほぼ同様の性能を示した。スカンジウムの漏出はICP分析において全く観測されず、回収再使用も可能であった。
この実施例では、GS Y触媒に代えて実施例2で合成したGS X触媒を用い、溶媒にTHFを用い、反応時間を2日として、実施例3と同様の反応を行なった。その結果実施例3と同じヒドロキシメチル化体(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one)を得た。結果を下表に示す。
比較例1
この比較例では、GS Y触媒に代えてスカンジウムオキサイド(Sc2O3、和光純薬工業(株)製、特級)とスカンジウムクロライド(ScCl3、和光純薬工業(株)製、特級)を用いて、Sc量を0.02 mmolに合わせて、実施例3と同様の反応を行なった。
その結果、ヒドロキシメチル化体(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one)の収率は、スカンジウムオキサイドを用いた場合には0%、スカンジウムクロライドを用いた場合には21%であった。
この比較例では、GS Y触媒に代えてスカンジウムオキサイド(Sc2O3、和光純薬工業(株)製、特級)とスカンジウムクロライド(ScCl3、和光純薬工業(株)製、特級)を用いて、Sc量を0.02 mmolに合わせて、実施例3と同様の反応を行なった。
その結果、ヒドロキシメチル化体(3-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one)の収率は、スカンジウムオキサイドを用いた場合には0%、スカンジウムクロライドを用いた場合には21%であった。
実施例5
この実施例では、実施例1で合成したGS Y触媒を用いて、下式に従ってジュロリジン誘導体を合成した。
GS Y触媒(Scで0.02 mmol)をアセトニトリル(2 mL)に入れ、37%ホルムアルデヒド水溶液(150μL)とパラクロロアニリン(和光純薬工業(株)製、51.0 mg)、2,3ジヒドロフラン(東京化成工業(株)製、90.4μL)を加えて、室温でアルゴン雰囲気下48時間攪拌した。GS Y触媒を濾過によって取り除き、溶媒を留去し、薄層クロマトグラフィー(pTLC)で精製し、ジュロリジン誘導体を得た(全収率98%、Trans体54%、Cis体44%)。なおスカンジウムの漏出はICP分析において観測されなかった。以下生成物の分析結果を示す。
この実施例では、実施例1で合成したGS Y触媒を用いて、下式に従ってジュロリジン誘導体を合成した。

1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.89-1.92 (m, 2H), 2.15-2.18 (m, 2H), 2.60 (m, 2H), 2.80-2.83(m, 2H), 2.97-3.00 (m, 2H), 3.77-3.82 (m, 2H), 3.86-3.90 (m, 2H), 4.68-4.70 (d, J=6.3 Hz, 2H), 7.22 (s, 2H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 24.8, 29.3, 36.1, 51.1, 65.9, 74.5, 123.0, 123.9, 130.1, 142.3; DART-MS (m/z) calcd. for C16H18NO2Cl(MH+): 291.10261, found: 291.10343. CCDC 762699.
Julolidine Cis体:
1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.70-1.74 (m, 2H), 2.24-2.29 (m, 2H), 2.50 (m, 2H), 2.59 (m, 2H), 2.93-2.96 (m, 2H), 3.79-3.84 (m, 2H), 3.93-3.98 (m, 2H), 4.47-4.48 (d, J=4.6, 2H), 7.28 (s, 2H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 30.0, 30.9, 35.4, 51.0, 66.0, 123.6, 127.9, 132.3, 142.8; DART-MS (m/z) calcd. for C16H18NO2Cl(MH+): 291.10261, found: 291.10343. CCDC 762698.
1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.89-1.92 (m, 2H), 2.15-2.18 (m, 2H), 2.60 (m, 2H), 2.80-2.83(m, 2H), 2.97-3.00 (m, 2H), 3.77-3.82 (m, 2H), 3.86-3.90 (m, 2H), 4.68-4.70 (d, J=6.3 Hz, 2H), 7.22 (s, 2H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 24.8, 29.3, 36.1, 51.1, 65.9, 74.5, 123.0, 123.9, 130.1, 142.3; DART-MS (m/z) calcd. for C16H18NO2Cl(MH+): 291.10261, found: 291.10343. Julolidine Cis体:
1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.70-1.74 (m, 2H), 2.24-2.29 (m, 2H), 2.50 (m, 2H), 2.59 (m, 2H), 2.93-2.96 (m, 2H), 3.79-3.84 (m, 2H), 3.93-3.98 (m, 2H), 4.47-4.48 (d, J=4.6, 2H), 7.28 (s, 2H); 13C NMR (CDCl3) δ 30.0, 30.9, 35.4, 51.0, 66.0, 123.6, 127.9, 132.3, 142.8; DART-MS (m/z) calcd. for C16H18NO2Cl(MH+): 291.10261, found: 291.10343. CCDC 762698.
比較例2
この比較例では、GS Y触媒に代えてスカンジウムトリフラート(Sc(OTf)3、和光純薬工業(株)製)を用いて、Sc量を0.02 mmolに合わせて、実施例6と同様の反応を行なった。
その結果、実施例6と同じジュロリジン誘導体を得たが、収率は低かった(全収率71%、Trans体35%、Cis体35%)。
この比較例では、GS Y触媒に代えてスカンジウムトリフラート(Sc(OTf)3、和光純薬工業(株)製)を用いて、Sc量を0.02 mmolに合わせて、実施例6と同様の反応を行なった。
その結果、実施例6と同じジュロリジン誘導体を得たが、収率は低かった(全収率71%、Trans体35%、Cis体35%)。
Claims (4)
- 液相で、粒径が1~50nmの金クラスター、ジスルフィドモノマー、ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩、及びScY3(式中、Yはハロゲン原子、OAc、OCOCF3、ClO4、SbF6、PF6又はOSO2CF3を表す。)で表されるルイス酸金属化合物を混合し、ラジカル重合開始剤の存在下で重合することにより形成された金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒であって、
該ジスルフィドモノマーが下式
CH2=CH-R1-S-S-R1-CH=CH2
(式中、R1はエーテル結合を含んでもよい2価の炭化水素鎖を表す。)で表わされ、
該ジスルフィドのスルホン酸塩が下式
MO3S-R2-S-S-R2-SO3M
(式中、R2はエーテル結合を含んでもよい2価の炭化水素鎖を表し、Mはアルカリ金属を表す。)で表わされる、金-高分子ナノ構造体担持スカンジウム触媒。 - 重合する際に更にスチレンモノマーを混合する請求項1又は2に記載の触媒。
- アルドール反応、シアノ化反応、アリル化反応、マイケル反応、マンニッヒ反応、ディールスアルダー反応又はフリーデルクラフツ反応のための請求項1又は2に記載の触媒の使用。
- 前記反応が水、水溶性有機溶媒又はこれらの混合溶媒中で行われる請求項3に記載の触媒の使用。
