Claims (6)
- 車両の窓を遮蔽するためのサンシェード装置であって、
サンシェードと、
前記サンシェードの一端部が固定されるステイと、
前記サンシェードの他端部が固定される中空状の巻取シャフトと、
前記巻取シャフトの一端部を相対回転可能かつ前記巻取シャフトの長手方向に相対移動可能に支持すると共に、前記車両の所定位置に取り付け可能な第1支持部材と、
前記巻取シャフトの他端部を相対回転可能かつ前記巻取シャフトの長手方向に相対移動可能に支持すると共に、前記車両の所定位置に取り付け可能な第2支持部材と、
前記巻取シャフトを、前記第2支持部材に対して、前記サンシェードの巻取方向に回動付勢可能な付勢部材と、
を備え、
前記巻取シャフトは、他端部に被規制部を有し、
前記第2支持部材部には、前記被規制部の動作を規制して前記巻取シャフトを相対回転不能にする回転規制部と前記被規制部の動作を解放して前記巻取シャフトを相対回転可能にする回転解放部とが前記巻取シャフトの長手方向に隣接して形成され、
前記第2支持部材に対して前記巻取シャフトが長手方向に相対移動することにより、前記巻取シャフトの回転を規制又は解放可能なサンシェード装置。 - 請求項1記載のサンシェード装置であって、
前記被規制部は、前記第2支持部材に対して前記巻取シャフトを相対回転させることにより、前記回転解放部と前記回転規制部との間で相対移動されるように構成されているサンシェード装置。 - 請求項1記載のサンシェード装置であって、
前記サンシェードの引出操作により、前記被規制部を前記回転規制部から前記回転解放部に相対移動可能に構成されているサンシェード装置。 - 請求項1記載のサンシェード装置であって、
前記第2支持部材は、前記巻取シャフト内に挿通されると共に前記付勢部材の他端部が固定される支軸部と、前記支軸部の基端側に連続し、前記車両の所定位置に取り付け可能な取付部とが一体形成された構成であり、
前記回転規制部と前記回転解放部とは、前記回転解放部が前記回転規制部の前記取付部側に隣接するように前記支軸部に形成されているサンシェード装置。 - 請求項4記載のサンシェード装置であって、
前記回転解放部は前記支軸部の外周部に周方向に沿って形成された凹部であり、前記回転規制部は前記凹部の一部から連続すると共に前記支軸部の外周部に螺旋状に形成された溝部であり、
前記被規制部は、前記巻取シャフトの内側に突出し、前記凹部及び前記溝部内に配設されると共に前記凹部及び前記溝部内を移動可能な突部であるサンシェード装置。 - 請求項4記載のサンシェード装置であって、
前記巻取シャフトに対する前記付勢部材の一端部の取り付け位置と前記第2支持部材に対する前記付勢部材の他端部の取付位置との間の長さは、少なくとも前記被規制部が前記回転解放部にある状態で、前記付勢部材の自然長より長く設定されているサンシェード装置。
