本发明涉及集流管扁孔冲压装置。
【背景技术】
目前市面上集流管加工设备自动化程度低, 主要包括扁孔冲压 机, 隔片插入机,扁管校直开料机等机器。 现有扁孔冲压机包括固定 在机床工作台上的管件夹具和用于在加工管件上冲压扁孔的冲头。由 于加工管件固定不动, 为了达到加工精度要求, 现有集流管冲压扁孔 采用一次成型法,即根据所要求的扁孔个数和各扁孔间隔距离设置相 应的冲头模具, 加工时管件上所有扁孔是一次冲压而成。 由于集流管 以及其上扁孔的形状和大小因实际情况有不同的要求,而仅靠现有冲 孔机来冲孔必须准备各种型号的冲头模具, 每套模具的价格都很高, 维护也不方便, 使得现有集流管生产成本高。 为此, 需要改进现有集 流管扁孔冲压设备。
ί发明内容 J
本发明的所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动化程度高,实现冲 头与加工管件能在水平方向相对移动, 使得冲头能按加工要求自动、 准确、 有序地在加工管件上冲压扁孔的集流管扁孔冲压装置。
为了解决上述存在的问题, 本发明采用了下列技术方案: 集流管扁孔冲压装置,包括安装在机床工作台上管件夹具和冲头 组件,其特征在于工作台上还设有带动管件夹具和冲头组件相对平移 的平移机构, 平移机构包括可沿 X轴方向左、右平动的滑座和带动滑 座平动的伺服驱动装置, 管件夹具与冲头组件其中之一设置在滑座 上, 另一个设置在机架上, 在伺服驱动装置带动下, 冲头组件与管件 夹具能沿 X轴方向相对移动, 使得冲头组件能在加工管件上准确、有 序冲孔加工;
如上所述集流管扁孔冲压装置, 其特征在于冲头组件包括能沿 Y 轴方向上、下移动的滑块以及用于带动滑块移动的伺服电机, 滑块装 有冲孔刀, 伺服电机输出轴与滑块之间设有曲柄连杆传动机构;
如上所述集流管扁孔冲压装置,其特征在于管件夹具有一个, 管 件夹具固定设置在滑座上,冲头组件上对应有一个冲孔刀, 冲孔刀位 于管件夹具上方;
如上所述集流管扁孔冲压装置,其特征在于管件夹具有多个, 各 管件夹具设置在滑座上,冲头组件上对应有多个冲孔刀,各冲孔刀并 排设置且位于管件夹具上方;
如上所述集流管扁孔冲压装置,其特征在于所述伺服驱动装置为 直线电机。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、 将管件固定在夹具上, 然后直线电机带动滑座沿 X轴左、 右 滑动来定位冲头组件上冲孔刀相对加工管件冲孔位置, 循环有序冲 孔,实现了管件冲孔位置的准确定位,可实现不同规格的集流管管径、 壁厚及孔距在同一机床上的自动加工, 自动化程度, 操作也方便, 同 时避免现有技术中每更换一种不同规格的集流管,都需要重新换模具 并工装的麻烦;
2、 本发明实现了管件冲孔位置的准确定位, 循环有序冲孔, 使 得本发明还可配合隔片插入机在加工过程中完成插入隔片的工序,即 当冲头组件在加工管见上冲到预先设定的孔数时,本发明暂停冲孔加 工, 隔片插入机启动往管件内插入隔片, 从而可避免加工完成后插入 隔片的不便,也克服了现有技术中一次冲孔后只能再次开口放入隔片 并焊接密封的麻烦。

【具体实施方式】
如图 1-3所示,集流管扁孔冲压装置,包括安装在机床工作台 101 上的管件夹具 21和冲头组件 22, 工作台 101上还设有带动管件夹具 21和冲头组件 22相对平移的平移机构 23, 平移机构 23包括可沿 X 轴方向左、 右平动的滑座 231和带动滑座 231平动的伺服驱动装置 232, 管件夹具 21与冲头组件 22其中之一设置在滑座 231上, 另一 个设置在机架 1上, 在伺服驱动装置 232带动下冲头组件 22与管件 夹具 21能相对移动, 使得冲头组件 22能在加工管件上准确、有序冲 孔加工。 本发明中, 工作台 101—侧沿 X轴方向设有水平滑轨 106, 滑座 231安装在水平滑轨 106上。 伺服驱动装置 232为直线电机。 冲头组件 22包括沿 Y轴方向设置的滑轨 221,滑轨 221上活动卡 装有能沿其滑动的滑块 222 以及用于带动滑块 222移动的伺服电机 224, 滑块 222装有冲孔刀 223, 伺服电机 224输出轴与滑块 222之 间设有曲柄连杆传动机构。本发明中, 曲柄连杆传动机构包括偏心轮 225和连杆 226,偏心轮 225通过皮带与伺服电机 224相连,连杆 226 两端分别与滑块 222和偏心轮 225转动连接。
如图 1-3所示, 管件夹具 21有一个,管件夹具 21固定设置在滑 座 231上, 冲头组件 22上对应有一个冲孔刀 223, 冲孔刀 223位于 管件夹具 21上方。除了上述实施方式外,管件夹具 21还可有多个(图 中未示出:), 各管件夹具 21并排设置在滑座 231上, 冲头组件 22上 对应有多个冲孔刀 223 (图中未示出), 各冲孔刀 223并排设置且位 于管件夹具 21上方, 这样可以实现多管的同时加工, 从而提高加工 效率。
本发明工作过程如下:
第一步装料:在滑座 231初始位置将管件固定在管件夹具 21上。 然后直线电机 232向右带动管件夹具 21平移到指定位置;
第二步冲孔:伺服电机 224启动使滑块 222从上死点开始向下运 动。 将滑块 222运动轨迹分为上死点、 中间位置、 下死点三个位置, 滑块 222从上死点向下经过下死点, 再向上回到上死点为一个周期。 滑块 222从上死点向下到达下死点, 即 1/2周期完成冲孔, 管件内形 成两翻边,然后滑块 222从下死点往上到上死点的过程中,直线电机 232带动管件夹具 21沿 X轴方向平移到下一个指定位置为再次冲孔 准备。 如此循环冲压下去。
第三步落料: 冲压到需要的孔数, 伺服电机 224带动滑块 222运 动在上死点刹车停止, 直线电机 232带动管件夹具 21向左平移回到 初始位置。 都已经完成时, 松开管件夹具 21, 人工取料, 工件加工 完成。
由于本发明在冲孔过程中可实现自动、有序控制,使得本发明可 配合隔片插入机在加工过程中完成插入隔片的工序, 即当冲头组件 22在加工管见上冲到预先设定的孔数时, 本发明暂停冲孔加工, 隔 片插入机启动往管件内插入隔片,从而可避免加工完成后插入隔片的 不便,也克服了现有技术中一次冲孔后只能再次开口放入隔片并焊接 密封的麻烦。
