Claims (5)
- 第1の摩擦面を有する第1の摩擦材と、
前記第1の摩擦面に対して移動する第2の摩擦面を有する第2の摩擦材と、
を備え、
前記第1の摩擦材は、前記第1の摩擦面に、前記第1の摩擦面に対して前記第2の摩擦面が移動する方向とは逆方向に傾斜した複数の突起を含み、
前記第2の摩擦材は、前記第2の摩擦面に、前記第1の摩擦面に対して前記第2の摩擦面が移動する方向に傾斜した複数の突起を含む、制動装置。 - 前記第2の摩擦材が回転することにより、前記第2の摩擦面は前記第1の摩擦面に対して移動する、請求項1に記載の制動装置。
- 他の摩擦材に対して相対的に移動する摩擦面を有し、前記摩擦面に、前記他の摩擦材に対して相対的に移動する方向に傾斜した複数の突起を含む摩擦材の製造方法であって、
枠内に複数の棒状の前記硬質部材をその長手方向が一方向を向くように分散させて配置する工程と、
前記枠内に配置された前記硬質部材を連結材により固定する工程と、
前記硬質部材の長手方向が、前記他の摩擦材に対して相対的に移動する方向に傾斜した方向となるように、連結材により固定された前記硬質部材を露出させて前記摩擦面を形成する工程と、
を含む摩擦材の製造方法。 - 前記枠内に複数の棒状の前記硬質部材をその長手方向が一方向を向くように分散させて配置する工程では、無重力下で前記枠内の前記硬質部材に加圧することにより、前記硬質部材の長手方向が一方向を向くように配置する、請求項3に記載の摩擦材の製造方法。
- 前記枠内に複数の棒状の前記硬質部材をその長手方向が一方向を向くように分散させて配置する工程では、前記枠内の前記硬質部材に磁力を加えることにより、前記硬質部材の長手方向が一方向を向くように配置する、請求項4に記載の摩擦材の製造方法。
