- 所定地点、所定区間内及び所定時間内のいずれかにおける少なくとも1台の車両のエミッション量に関する情報である車両情報を収集する車両情報収集装置と、
前記車両情報収集装置が収集した前記車両情報を前記車両が走行した地点とともに蓄積する走行履歴データベースと、
前記走行履歴データベースに蓄積された前記車両情報を前記車両に配信する配信装置と、
を備えた情報処理センター。 - 所定地点、所定区間内及び所定時間内のいずれかにおける少なくとも1台の車両のエミッション量に関する情報である車両情報を収集する車両情報収集装置と、
前記車両情報収集装置が収集した前記車両情報に基づいて、前記車両が環境の保護に貢献する走行をした度合を判定するエコ走行判定装置と、
前記エコ走行判定装置が判定した前記車両が環境の保護に貢献する走行をした度合であるエコ走行情報を前記車両が走行した地点とともに蓄積する走行履歴データベースと、
前記走行履歴データベースに蓄積された前記エコ走行情報を前記車両に配信する配信装置と、
を備えた情報処理センター。 - 前記エミッション量に関する情報とは、車両の排気ガスの排出量、燃料消費量、車速、加速度及びトランスミッションの使用ギアの少なくともいずれかに関する情報である、請求項13又は14に記載の情報処理センター。
- 前記車両情報収集装置は、前記車両の車種、大きさ、排気量及び燃費の少なくともいずれかに関する情報を収集し、
前記走行履歴データベースは、前記車両情報収集装置が収集した前記車両の車種、大きさ、排気量及び燃費の少なくともいずれかに関する情報と関連付けて前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかを蓄積し、
前記車両情報配信装置は、前記走行履歴データベースに蓄積された前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかと、前記車両情報に関連付けて蓄積された前記車両の車種、大きさ、排気量及び燃費の少なくともいずれかに関連する情報とを配信する、請求項13~15のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理センター。 - 前記車両情報収集装置は、前記車両のドライバーの運転の技術及び経験の少なくともいずれかを収集し、
前記走行履歴データベースは、前記車両情報収集装置が収集した前記車両のドライバーの運転の技術及び経験の少なくともいずれかと関連付けて前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかとを蓄積し、
前記車両情報配信装置は、前記走行履歴データベースに蓄積された前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかと、前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかに関連付けて蓄積された前記車両のドライバーの運転の技術及び経験の少なくともいずれかに関連する情報とを配信する、請求項13~16のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理センター。 - 前記車両情報収集装置は、前記車両それぞれを識別するための情報を収集し、
前記走行履歴データベースは、前記車両情報収集装置が収集した前記車両それぞれを識別するための情報と関連付けて前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかを蓄積し、
前記車両情報配信装置は、前記走行履歴データベースに蓄積された前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかと、前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかに関連付けて蓄積された前記車両それぞれを識別するための情報とを配信する、請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理センター。 - 前記車両情報収集装置は、前記車両が走行した地点の交通量に関する情報を収集し、
前記車両情報配信装置は、前記走行履歴データベースに蓄積された前記車両情報及び前記エコ走行情報のいずれかと、前記車両情報収集装置が収集した前記車両が走行した地点の交通量に関する情報とを配信する、請求項13~18のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理センター。
