Abstract
Description
しかし、従来の紫外線吸収剤では、光学用途に必要な吸収能を与える量を配合するとブリードアウトや色調の変化を生じるものであった。
先ず、本発明の紫外線吸収剤組成物について説明する。
本発明の紫外線吸収剤組成物は、前記一般式(1)で表されるトリアジン系化合物0.1~99.9質量%と、前記一般式(2)で表されるジアリールペンタエリスリトールジホスファイト化合物0~99.9質量%及び/又は前記一般式(3)で表される有機環状ホスファイト化合物0~99.9質量%及び/又は前記一般式(4)で表されるヒンダードフェノール系化合物0~99.9質量%とを含有する。
次に、本発明の合成樹脂組成物について説明する。
次に、本発明の合成樹脂組成物を光学フィルム又は光学シートに用いた場合について説明する。
下記表1又は2記載の配合の如くトリアジン系化合物1質量部に対し、ホスファイト系化合物又はヒンダードフェノール系化合物を0.02質量部添加した混合物を試験管に入れ、ブロックバスにてエア中300℃で15分間加熱し、室温1時間冷却後の着色度合いを下記の基準に基づき目視評価した。結果を表1及び2に併せて記す。
1:僅かに着色(淡黄色)、2:着色小(黄褐色)、3:着色中(茶褐色)、4:着色大(黒褐色)、5:黒色化
<ペレット作製>
下記表3又は表4に記載の合成樹脂100質量部に対して、前記化合物No.4を1質量部及び表中記載の如く化合物を配合し、表中記載の加工温度にて押出機((株)東洋精機製作所製、ラボプラストミルμ)を用いてペレットを作製した。
PC:ポリカーボネート樹脂:三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(株)製、製品名E-2000
NBE:ノルボルネン樹脂:JSR(株)製、製品名ARTON F5023
PET:ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂:帝人化成(株)製、製品名TR-8550
PS:ポリスチレン樹脂:Aldrich製 試薬コード182427
PMMA:メタクリル樹脂:三菱レイヨン(株)製、製品名アクリペットVH000
CAB:セルロース・アセテート・ブチレート樹脂:イーストマンケミカル製、製品名CAB 381-20
前記で作製したペレットを多光源分光測色計(スガ試験機株式会社製)により黄色度(イエローインデックス:Y.I(反射))を測定し、耐熱着色性を評価した。結果を表3に併せて記す。
Claims (15)
- 下記一般式(1)で表されるトリアジン系化合物0.1~99.9質量%と、下記一般式(2)で表されるジアリールペンタエリスリトールジホスファイト化合物0~99.9質量%及び/又は下記一般式(3)で表される有機環状ホスファイト化合物0~99.9質量%及び/又は下記一般式(4)で表されるヒンダードフェノール系化合物0~99.9質量%とを含有してなる紫外線吸収剤組成物(但し、前記一般式(2)、(3)及び(4)で表わされる化合物の合計の含有量は、0.1~99.9質量%である)。
- 前記一般式(2)におけるR5が、メチル基であることを特徴とする請求項1又2に記載の紫外線吸収剤組成物。
- 前記一般式(3)におけるR6が第三ブチル基、R7が2-エチルヘキシル基、R8が水素原子である請求項1~3の何れかに記載の紫外線吸収剤組成物。
- 前記一般式(4)におけるR9が、ペンタエリスリトールから4個の水酸基を除いた残基である請求項1~4の何れかに記載の紫外線吸収剤組成物。
- 合成樹脂100質量部に対して、下記一般式(1)で表されるトリアジン系化合物0.001~10質量部と下記一般式(2)で表されるジアリールペンタエリスリトールジホスファイト化合物0.001~10質量部及び/又は下記一般式(3)で表される有機環状ホスファイト化合物0.001~10質量部及び/又は下記一般式(4)で表されるヒンダードフェノール系化合物0.001~10質量部とを配合してなる合成樹脂組成物。
- 前記一般式(2)におけるR5が、メチル基であることを特徴とする請求項6又7に記載の合成樹脂組成物。
- 前記一般式(3)におけるR6が第三ブチル基、R7が2-エチルヘキシル基、R8が水素原子である請求項6~8の何れかに記載の合成樹脂組成物。
- 前記一般式(4)におけるR9が、ペンタエリスリトールから4個の水酸基を除いた残基である請求項6~9の何れかに記載の合成樹脂組成物。
- 前記合成樹脂が、アクリル酸エステル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂、ポリエチレンナフタレート系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、セルロースエステル系樹脂、シクロオレフィン系樹脂又はノルボルネン系樹脂である請求項6~10の何れかに記載の合成樹脂組成物。
- 請求項6~11の何れかに記載の合成樹脂組成物からなるフィルム又はシート。
- 光学フィルム又は光学シートである請求項12に記載のフィルム又はシート。
- 液晶表示素子に接している偏光板の外表面側に設置される光学フィルム若しくは光学シート、又は、該偏光板用の保護フィルム若しくは保護シートである請求項13に記載のフィルム又はシート。
