Abstract
Description
燃焼器100の外筒102の内部に、所定間隔を開けて燃焼器内筒104が支持固定され、この燃焼器内筒104の先端部に燃焼器尾筒106が連結されて、燃焼器ケーシングが構成されている。燃焼器内筒104の中心部にパイロットノズル108が配設されると共に、燃焼器内筒104の内周面に周方向に沿って、パイロットノズル108を取り囲むように複数の予混合燃焼用のメインノズル110が配設されている。パイロットノズル108の先端部には、パイロットコーン112が装着されている。また、燃焼器外筒102の内周面に、周方向に沿って複数のトップハットノズル114が配設されている。
図7において、燃焼器外筒102には、外筒本体116の基端部に外筒蓋部118の一端が複数の締結ボルト120により締結されている。外筒蓋部118の他端に燃焼器内筒104の基端部が嵌着され、外筒蓋部118と燃焼器内筒104との間に空気通路122が形成されている。そして、各メインノズル110の先端部がメインバーナ124に連通している。
外筒蓋部118にはトップハット部126が嵌合し、複数の締結ボルト128により締結されている。トップハットノズル114はトップハット部126に設けられている。即ち、トップハット部126に周方向に沿って燃料キャビティ130が形成され、この燃料キャビティ130から外筒蓋部118に向けて複数の第1燃料通路132が形成されている。この各第1燃料通路132の先端部に、空気通路122に向けて第2燃料通路134が形成され、この第2燃料通路134は、トップハット部126の内周面に取り付けられたペグ136に連結されている。
そして、図示しないパイロット燃料ラインがパイロットノズル108の燃料ポート138に連結され、パイロット燃料fpを供給する。また、図示しないメイン燃料ラインがメインノズル110の燃料ポート140に連結され、メイン燃料fmを供給する。また、図示しないトップハット燃料ラインがトップハットノズル114の燃料ポート142に連結され、トップハット燃料ftを供給している。
かかる構成において、高温・高圧の圧縮空気が、空気流路144から矢印a方向に向かって空気通路122に供給されると、この圧縮空気がトップハットノズル114から噴射された燃料ftと予混合される。この燃料混合気が燃焼器内筒104内に流れ込む。
燃焼器内筒104内では、燃料混合気がメインノズル110から噴射された燃料fmとメインバーナ124により混合され、予混合気の旋回流となって燃焼器尾筒106内に流れ込む。
また、燃料混合気は、パイロットノズル108から噴射された燃料fpと混合され、図示しない種火により着火されて燃焼し、燃焼ガスとなって燃焼器尾筒106内に噴出する。このとき、燃焼ガスの一部が燃焼器尾筒106内に火炎を伴って周囲に拡散するように噴出することで、各メインノズル110から燃焼器尾筒106内に流れ込んだ予混合気に着火されて燃焼する。即ち、パイロットノズル108から噴射したパイロット燃料による拡散火炎により、メインノズル110からの希薄予混合燃料の安定燃焼を行なうための保炎を行なうことができる。また、圧縮空気をトップハットノズル114から噴射した燃料と予混合することで、NOXを低減できる。
従来のガスタービンプラントでは、発電機出力、大気温度等に基づいて、燃焼器に送る空気流量及び燃料流量を予め決定し、試運転で微調整した後、その微調整した値を用いて運転を行なっている。しかし、従来のガスタービンプラントの制御装置では、燃料の組成変化に即応することができず、そのため、燃焼安定性が低下したり、あるいは燃焼振動が発生することがあった。
燃焼振動が発生すると、ガスタービンの運転に大きな支障をきたすことになるため、プラント設備の保護の観点及び稼動率向上の観点から、燃焼振動をできる限り抑制することが強く求められている。
特許文献2(特開平5−187271号公報)には、ガスタービン燃焼器において、大気温度や、大気湿度又は燃料発熱量等の変化量に基づいて、空気流量や燃料流量を増減する制御装置を備えることが開示されている。特許文献2では、前記ニーズにより、大気温度や、大気湿度又は燃料発熱量等の変動に対して燃焼安定性を向上させるため、空気流量や燃料流量をバイアス制御するようにしている。
特許文献2に開示された制御手段では、空気流量や燃料流量をバイアス制御して一律に変更するようにしているため、自由度が少なく、空気流量や燃料流量の最適量への調整が困難である。
前記目的を達成するため、本発明のガスタービン制御装置は、
ガスタービンの目標負荷に対応して燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を制御するようにしたガスタービン制御装置において、
目標負荷に対応して前記燃焼器に供給される燃料流量又は空気流量を設定する第1の関数発生器と、
圧縮機入口の吸気温度を検出する吸気温度検出器、及び該吸気温度検出器の検出値に基づいて該燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正する補正量を設定する第2の関数発生器と、
該補正量を目標負荷を加味して修正する修正量を設定する第3の関数発生器と、
前記第2の関数発生器で設定された補正量と第3の関数発生器で修正された修正量から修正補正量を演算する第1の演算器と、
第1の関数発生器で設定された燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値に該修正補正量を加えて燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を算出する第2の演算器と、を備えたものである。
本発明では、目標負荷に対応して設定された燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値に対して、圧縮機入口の吸気温度を検出し、この検出値に基づいて該設定値を補正する補正量を設定する第2の関数発生器を設けている。即ち、ガスタービンの安定燃焼を維持するため、燃料流量又は空気流量を制御するためのパラメータとして、吸気温度に着目したものである。
特許文献2には、大気温度をひとつのパラメータとしているが、吸気温度と大気温度とは一義的に対応するものではない。吸気温度は大気温度とある程度の相関はあるが、吸気温度は、吸気後の流速によって温度低下の程度が変わり、流速が大きくなるほど温度が低下する。
大気温度と比較して、ガスタービンに吸入される吸気の温度である吸気温度を検出することによって、ガスタービン燃料の質量収支及び熱収支をより正確に求めることができる。従って、大気温度をパラメータとして用いた場合より、吸気温度をパラメータとして用いたほうが、気象条件の変動に対して燃焼安定性を維持しやすい利点がある。
また、第3の関数発生器で、第2の関数発生器で設定された補正量を目標負荷を加味して修正した修正補正量を演算し、燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正するようにしているので、目標負荷に応じて最適な燃料流量又は空気流量とすることができる。従って、特許文献2に開示された制御手段と比べて、自由度が大きく、かつ燃焼振動を発生させることなく、安定燃焼を維持できる制御が可能となる。
本発明装置において、燃料の組成又は熱量に対応して燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正する第2の補正量を設定する第4の関数発生器と、前記第2の補正量を目標負荷を加味して修正する第2の修正量を設定する第5の関数発生器と、前記第4の関数発生器で設定された第2の補正量と第5の関数発生器で設定された第2の修正量から第2の修正補正量を演算する第3の演算器と、を備え、燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値に前記修正補正量及び第2の修正補正量を加えて燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を演算する第4の演算器と、を備えるようにするとよい。
このように、別なパラメータとして、燃料の組成又は熱量を加え、このパラメータに基づいて燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正する第2の補正量を求めると共に、目標負荷に応じて該補正量を修正した第2の修正補正量を演算し、この第2の修正補正量により燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を修正するようにしているので、燃料の組成又は熱量、あるいは燃料中に含まれる不活性ガスの割合が変動しても、燃焼振動を発生させることなく、安定燃焼を維持できる。
本発明装置において、燃焼器の上流側の燃料供給路に燃料の組成又は熱量を検出する検出器を設け、該検出器の検出値に基づいて前記第2の補正量を設定するようにしてもよい。燃料の組成又は熱量は、予め設定したり、燃料が変わるたびに適宜入力することが可能であるが、このように、燃料の組成又は熱量を検出する検出器を設け、該検出器で検出するようにしてもよい。また、発電機出力と燃料流量を用いて、演算により熱量を推定するようにしてもよい。
これによって、燃料の組成又は熱量を予め設定しておく必要がなく、また、運転中に燃料の組成又は熱量が変わっても、該検出器で検出できるので、運転を中断する必要がなく、運転状態を維持したまま変更後の燃料の組成又は熱量に対応した第2の補正量を設定できる。
また、本発明装置において、目標負荷が発電量又は燃焼温度を基準とした負荷であり、燃焼器に燃料を供給する燃料供給管路に設置された燃料流量調整弁の開度、圧縮機に設置された入口案内翼の角度、又は燃焼器内の燃焼領域をバイパスする空気を通す配管に設置された燃焼器バイパス弁の開度を制御対象とすることができる。
これらの機器を制御対象とすることにより、燃料流量又は空気流量の調整が容易になり、各燃焼器に供給される燃料と空気の量を全ての負荷帯において、吸気温度や燃料の組成又は熱量を勘案して適切に設定することが可能となる。この結果、吸気温度や燃料の組成又は熱量の変動に対して、影響を受けにくい燃焼制御が可能になる。
また、本発明装置において、目標負荷が発電量又は燃焼温度を基準とした負荷であり、全燃料流量に対するパイロット燃料流量又はトップハット燃料流量の比を制御対象としてもよい。
このように、全燃料流量に対するパイロット燃料流量又はトップハット燃料流量の比を制御対象とすることにより、吸気温度や燃料の組成又は熱量の変動に対して、全燃料流量を変動させることなく各燃焼器に供給される燃料の量を適切に設定することが可能となる。この結果、吸気温度や燃料の組成又は熱量の変動に対して、発電量又は燃焼温度が影響を受けにくい制御が可能となる。
本発明装置によれば、ガスタービンの目標負荷に対応して燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を制御するようにしたガスタービン制御装置において、目標負荷に対応して前記燃焼器に供給される燃料流量又は空気流量を設定する第1の関数発生器と、圧縮機入口の吸気温度を検出する吸気温度検出器、及び該吸気温度検出器の検出値に基づいて該燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正する補正量を設定する第2の関数発生器と、該補正量を目標負荷を加味して修正する修正量を設定する第3の関数発生器と、前記第2の関数発生器で設定された補正量と第3の関数発生器で修正された修正量から修正補正量を演算する第1の演算器と、第1の関数発生器で設定された燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値に該修正補正量を加えて燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を算出する第2の演算器と、を備えたことにより、制御の自由度を向上できると共に、吸気温度をパラメータとして、目標負荷に応じた燃料流量又は空気流量の最適制御が可能になり、そのため、気象条件の変動に対して燃焼安定性を維持でき、燃焼振動を未然に防止できる。

(実施形態1)
本発明装置の第1実施形態を図1及び図2に基づいて説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係るガスタービンプラントの構成図である。図1において、ガスタービン1は、ガスタービン本体部10と、燃焼部30とを具備する。ガスタービン本体部10は、入口案内翼14を有する圧縮機12、回転軸16及びタービン18を具備し、タービン18には発電機20が接続されている。また、入口案内翼14を通る吸気sの温度を計測する吸気温度検出器22が装着されている。吸気温度検出器22の検出値は、本実施形態のガスタービンプラントの制御を行なう後述するガスタービン制御部60に入力される。
タービン18は、燃焼ガス導入管26と燃焼排ガスeを外部へ排出する排出管28とに接続されている。また、回転軸16を介して圧縮機12及び発電機20に接続されている。タービン18では、燃焼ガス導入管26から燃焼ガスの供給を受け、燃焼ガスによって回転し、その回転によって発電機20や圧縮機12を回転する。発電に使用した燃焼ガスは、排出管28から排ガスeとして外部に排出される。タービン18の入口部には、燃焼ガス導入管26から導入される燃焼ガスの温度を検出する検出器19が装着されている。検出器19の検出値は、後述するガスタービン制御部60に入力される。
圧縮機12は、外部から空気を導入する配管13と、圧縮空気導入部24とに接続されている。圧縮機12は、回転軸16を介してタービン18及び発電機20に結合しており、タービン18の回転が伝達されて回転し、その回転により配管13から空気を導入する。そして、導入した吸気sを圧縮して、燃焼器32へ送り出す。
入口案内翼14は、吸気sの通路に設けられた回転翼で、回転翼の角度を調節することにより、回転数が一定でも、圧縮機12へ導入する吸気sの流量を調整できる。入口案内翼14の回転翼の角度は、後述するガスタービン制御部60により制御される。
次に、燃焼部30の構成を説明する。圧縮空気導入部24及び燃焼ガス導入管26に燃焼器32が接続されている。燃焼器32の構成は、図6及び図7に示す燃焼器100の構成と同一である。吸気sが圧縮空気導入部24を介して燃焼器32に導入される。バイパス管34は、圧縮空気導入部24及び燃焼ガス導入管26に接続され、バイパス弁36が介設されている。バイパス弁36によって、燃焼器32に導入される吸気量を制御する。バイパス弁36の開度は、後述するガスタービン制御部60によって制御される。
燃料fは、燃料供給主管38から3つの分岐管40、42及び44を経由して燃焼器32に供給される。燃料供給主管38には、燃料fの熱量を検出するカロリメータ46が装着されている。メイン燃料供給管40には、メイン燃料流量制御弁48及びメイン燃料供給弁50が介設されている。トップハット燃料供給管42には、トップハット燃料流量制御弁52及びトップハット燃料供給弁54が介設されている。パイロット燃料供給管44には、パイロット燃料流量制御弁56及びパイロット燃料供給弁58が介設されている。
かかる構成において、図7に示すように、メイン燃料供給管40から供給される燃料fmは、メインノズル110の燃料ポート140に供給され、トップハット燃料供給管42から供給される燃料ftは、トップハットノズル114の燃料ポート142に供給され、パイロット燃料供給管44から供給される燃料fpは、パイロットノズル108の燃料ポート138に供給される。こうして、前述した燃焼方法により、燃焼器32で燃料fを燃焼させる。
図2に、本実施形態のガスタービン制御部60を示す。図2において、まず、目標負荷が設定される。目標負荷は、発電量負荷(MW)であってもよく、あるいはタービン18に導入される燃焼ガスの温度を基準として設定するようにしてもよい。例えば、発電量負荷であれば、50%又は100%(全負荷)等の目標設定を行なう。
設定された目標負荷に基づいて、第1の関数発生器62で燃料供給主管38から供給される燃料流量を設定する。その設定値が第1の加減算器64に入力される。
次に、吸気温度検出器22で検出した吸気温度を第2の関数発生器69に入力し、該吸気温度に応じた補正量を設定する。第2の関数発生器69で設定された補正量を第1の乗算器68に入力する。また、目標負荷により燃焼状態が変動するので、その変動を加味して燃料流量設定値を修正する必要がある。そこで、別途目標負荷を第3の関数発生器66に入力して、その修正量を設定する。そして、第3の関数発生器66で設定した修正量を第1の乗算器68に入力する。
第1の乗算器68では、第2の関数発生器69で設定された吸気温度に応じた補正量と、第3の関数発生器66で設定した目標負荷に応じた修正量とから修正補正量を演算し、その修正補正量を第1の加減算器64に入力する。第1の加減算器64では、第1の関数発生器62で設定した燃料流量設定値から該修正補正量を加減算して、目標負荷に応じた燃料流量を決定する。
この燃料流量に基づいて、各燃料流量制御弁48,52又は56の弁開度特性や燃料の温度、圧力などのパラメータを用いて弁開度を決定し、ガスタービン制御部60から各燃料流量制御弁48,52又は56に対して弁開度指令を発信する。
このようにして、燃料流量を決定することにより、圧縮機12の入口の吸気温度検出値に応じた各燃料流量制御弁48,52又は56の弁開度とすることができると共に、目標負荷の燃焼特性を加味した弁開度に制御しているので、目標負荷に応じて最適な燃料流量とすることができる。従って、燃焼振動を発生させることなく、安定燃焼を維持できる。また、特許文献2に開示されたバイアス制御と比べて、自由度が大きい制御が可能になる。
なお、本実施例では、第1の関数発生器62で燃料供給主管38から供給される燃料流量を設定し、第1の加減算器64で修正補正量を加減算して、目標負荷に応じた燃料流量を決定しているが、第1の関数発生器62でメイン燃料供給管40、トップハット燃料供給管42、又はパイロット燃料供給管44から供給される燃料流量を設定し、第1の加減算器64で修正補正量を加減算して、目標負荷に応じたメイン燃料流量、トップハット燃料流量、又はパイロット燃料流量を決定するようにしてもよい。
また、本実施形態では、燃料流量を制御するようにしているが、代わりに、圧縮空気導入部24から燃焼器32に導入される圧縮空気量を制御するようにしてもよい。この場合には、入口案内翼14の回転翼の角度を調整して、圧縮空気量を制御するか、あるいはバイパス弁36の開度を調節して、燃焼器32に供給される圧縮空気量を制御するようにする。さらには、燃料流量と圧縮空気量の両方を同時に制御するようにしてもよい。
また、本実施形態では、タービン18の入口部に燃焼ガスの温度を検出する検出器19を設けているが、他の検出器の検出値を用いて、熱収支・質量収支から演算により燃焼ガスの温度を推定するようにしてもよい。
(実施形態2)
次に、本発明の第2実施形態を図3に基づいて説明する。図3において、図2に示す前記第1実施形態と同一符号を付した関数発生器、加減算器又は乗算器は、同一の機能を有するものである。本実施形態では、図2に示す制御に加えて、燃料供給主管38に設けられたカロリメータ46で、燃料fの熱量を検出するようにしている。そして、カロリメータ46で検出した検出値に応じて、第4の関数発生器78で、燃料流量設定値に対する第2の補正量を設定する。また、第5の関数発生器74で、目標負荷を加味して該第2の補正量を修正する第2の修正量を設定する。
次に、第4の関数発生器78で設定した第2の補正量と第5の関数発生器74で設定した第2の修正量を第2の乗算器76に入力し、第2の乗算器76で第2の修正補正量を演算する。この第2の修正補正量を第2の加減算器72に入力する。そして、第1の関数発生器62で目標負荷に応じて設定した燃料流量の設定値に対し、前記第1実施形態と同様に、第1の加減算器64で第1の修正補正量を加減算し、こうして修正された設定値に対し、第2の加減算器72でさらに第2の修正補正量を加減算する。こうして燃焼器32に供給する燃料流量を決定し、この燃料流量に基づいて、各燃料流量制御弁48,52又は56の弁開度特性や燃料の温度、圧力などのパラメータを用いて弁開度を決定するようにする。
本実施形態によれば、2つ目のパラメータとして、燃料fの熱量検出値を加え、圧縮機入口の吸気温度検出値とこの熱量検出値とにより燃料流量の設定値を補正すると共に、目標負荷に応じて該補正量を修正しているので、前記第1実施形態による作用効果に加え、燃料fの組成又は熱量、あるいは燃料f中に含まれる不活性ガスの割合が変動しても、燃焼振動を発生させることなく、安定燃焼を維持できる。
なお、本実施形態では、燃料流量を制御するようにしているが、代わりに、圧縮空気導入部24から燃焼器32に導入される圧縮空気量を制御するようにしてもよい。この場合には、入口案内翼14の回転翼の角度を調整して、圧縮空気量を制御するか、あるいはバイパス弁36の開度を調節して、燃焼器32に供給される圧縮空気量を制御するようにする。さらには、燃料流量と圧縮空気量の両方を同時に制御するようにしてもよい。また、燃料供給主管38にカロリメータ46を設けているが、発電機出力と燃料流量を用いて、演算により熱量を推定するようにしてもよい。
(実施形態3)
次に、本発明の第3実施形態を図4及び図5に基づいて説明する。図4において、本実施形態では、目標負荷として、タービン18の入口に導入される燃焼ガスの温度を設定する。その燃焼ガスの温度は、温度検出器19で検出する。例えば、タービン18の入口に導入される燃焼ガスの温度を1480~1500℃とすることを目標負荷とする。図4に示す制御部80を構成する関数発生器、加減算器及び乗算器は、図3のものと同一構成をなし、これらの機器に図3と同一符号を付している。
制御部80では、前記燃焼ガスの温度を目標負荷とし、吸気温度検出器22で検出した吸気温度及びカロリメータ46で検出した燃料fの熱量をパラメータとして、第2実施形態と同様の処理を行ない、第1の関数発生器62で燃料流量比を設定する。この燃料流量比に対して、第1の加減算器64で第1の修正補正量を加減算し、次に、第2の加減算器72で第2の修正補正量を加減算する。ここで、燃料流量比とは、例えば全燃料流量に対するトップハット燃料流量の比(トップハット燃料比)及び全燃料流量に対するパイロット燃料流量の比(パイロット燃料比)である。
こうして、決定した燃料流量比に基づいて、各燃料流量制御弁48,52及び56の開度を指令する。
これら燃料流量比から各燃料流量制御弁48,52及び56の開度を決定する手順を図5により説明する。図5において、パイロット燃料比と全燃料流量からパイロット燃料流量を算出すると共に、トップハット燃料比と全燃料流量からトップハット燃料流量を算出する。比較器84で、全燃料流量からパイロット燃料流量及びトップハット燃料流量を減算し、メイン燃料流量を算出する。
その後、各燃料流量制御弁48,52及び56のバルブ特性、燃料の圧力及び温度などのパラメータを用いて、これらのパラメータに基づいて各補正器86,88及び90で修正を加え、各燃料流量制御弁48,52及び56の開度を決定する。決定した弁開度を各燃料流量制御弁48,52及び56に指令する。
なお、本実施形態では、タービン18の入口部に燃焼ガスの温度を検出する検出器19を設けているが、他の検出器の検出値を用いて、熱収支・質量収支から演算により燃焼ガスの温度を推定するようにしてもよい。
本実施形態によれば、前記第2実施形態と同様に、吸気温度検出器22で検出した吸気温度と、カロリメータ46で検出した燃料fの熱量とをパラメータとしているので、前記第2実施形態で得られる作用効果に加え、タービン18の入口の燃焼ガス温度を目標負荷としているので、季節変動に伴う吸気温度変化により、燃焼器内部での燃焼安定性への影響を最小限に留めることができる。
Claims (5)
- ガスタービンの目標負荷に対応して燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を制御するようにしたガスタービン制御装置において、
目標負荷に対応して前記燃焼器に供給される燃料流量又は空気流量を設定する第1の関数発生器と、
圧縮機入口の吸気温度を検出する吸気温度検出器、及び該吸気温度検出器の検出値に基づいて該燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正する補正量を設定する第2の関数発生器と、
該補正量を目標負荷を加味して修正する修正量を設定する第3の関数発生器と、
前記第2の関数発生器で設定された補正量と第3の関数発生器で修正された修正量から修正補正量を演算する第1の演算器と、
第1の関数発生器で設定された燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値に該修正補正量を加えて燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を算出する第2の演算器と、を備えたことを特徴とするガスタービン制御装置。 - 燃料の組成又は熱量に対応して燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値を補正する第2の補正量を設定する第4の関数発生器と、
前記第2の補正量を目標負荷を加味して修正する第2の修正量を設定する第5の関数発生器と、
前記第4の関数発生器で設定された第2の補正量と第5の関数発生器で設定された第2の修正量から第2の修正補正量を演算する第3の演算器と、
燃料流量又は空気流量の設定値に前記修正補正量及び第2の修正補正量を加えて燃焼器に供給する燃料流量又は空気流量を演算する第4の演算器と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービン制御装置。 - 前記燃焼器の上流側の燃料供給路に燃料の組成又は熱量を検出する検出器を設け、該検出器の検出値に基づいて前記第2の補正量を設定するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
- 前記目標負荷が発電量又は燃焼温度を基準とした負荷であり、前記燃焼器に燃料を供給する燃料供給管路に設置された燃料流量調整弁の開度、圧縮機に設置された入口案内翼の角度、又は燃焼器内の燃焼領域をバイパスする空気を通す配管に設置された燃焼器バイパス弁の開度を制御対象としたことを特徴とする請求項1~3項のいずれかの項に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
- 前記目標負荷が発電量又は燃焼温度を基準とした負荷であり、全燃料流量に対するパイロット燃料流量又はトップハット燃料流量の比を制御対象としたことを特徴とする請求項1~3項のいずれかの項に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
