Abstract

　ふすま、障子、家具などの壁面などに繰り返し貼着しても貼着面に接着剤が残って汚したり、剥がす際に紙などの貼着面が破れて破損したりすることがない、掲示物を収納して外から見えるようにした、袋の材質が限定されない掲示物収納袋を提供する。重ねられたシートの三辺がシールされ、残りの一辺に掲示物１を挿入するための掲示物挿入口４が形成された袋２の表面側に掲示物１が透視できる透明部が形成され、袋２の裏面側に強粘着糊層５が貼着され、この強粘着糊層５に表面が凹凸処理された仕切シート６を介して球状粘着材を使用した再剥離糊層７が貼着され、この再剥離糊層７に剥離シート８が積層されている掲示物収納袋。

Description

掲示物収納袋
　本発明は、袋内に収納した写真、賞状、文書などの掲示物が外から見えるようにした掲示物収納袋に関し、特に、壁などの貼着面に貼着・剥離が繰り返しできるとともに、掲示物収納袋を剥がす際に粘着剤が貼着面に残ったり、紙などの弱い貼着面を損傷したりすることのない掲示物収納袋に関する。
　従来、写真、賞状、ポスターなどのシート状の掲示物を透明な袋やケースに収納し、壁や家具などの貼着面に張り付けて、袋の外から掲示物が見えるように掲示することが知られている（例えば、特許文献１、２参照）。
　前記特許文献１には、前面フィルムと後面フィルムとが挿入口を除く３辺で閉塞されてなる透明の袋からなり、後面フィルムには、少なくとも挿入口付近に貼り剥がし自在な接着剤を配してなる一時的接着用部を設けた収納袋において、一時的接着用部には、両面接着テープ、あるいは貼り剥がし可能な接着剤を直接的に袋体の後面フィルムに設けることが記載されている。
　また、前記特許文献２には、基材シートの一面に透明フィルムの周辺部が開口部を残して熱融着されて袋状に形成され、基材シートの他面に粘着性微小粒子より形成された再剥離性を有している粘着剤層が形成されている粘着袋が記載されている。

　特許文献１に記載された収納袋では、両面接着テープの接着層が強力であるため、収納袋を貼着面から剥離した際に、貼着面に接着層が残って貼着面を汚していた。また、貼着面がふすま、障子などのような強度のない紙の場合、接着層が紙に接着したままで剥がれずに紙が破れたりしていた。
　また、特許文献２に記載された粘着袋では、再剥離性を有している粘着剤層が基材シートに直接形成されているが、ポリプロピレンシート（ＰＰ）、ポリエチレンシート（ＰＥ）、塩化ビニールシート（ＰＶＣ）などの熱収縮し易い透明フィルムに粘着剤層を直接塗工した場合、粘着剤層の乾燥工程で熱により透明フィルムが収縮して袋に適した透明シートが作れなくなるという問題があった。
　また、再剥離性を有している球状粘着剤層は、塗工方法を選ぶために材質により相性のいいものと悪いものがある。袋の材質がポリエチレンテレフタート（ＰＥＴ）の場合は直接塗工が可能であるが、ＰＰ、ＰＥ、ＰＶＣなどでは熱収縮により直接塗工できないため、袋の材質が限定されるという欠点があった。
　また、袋を剥離する際に粘着剤層の一部が貼着面に貼着された状態で残ってしまう場合があった。
　このように従来の裏面に粘着剤層を形成した袋は、貼着面に接着剤層が残って汚れたり、あるいは粘着剤層が紙から剥がれずに紙が破れたりするおそれがあったため、使用されていなかった。
　そこで、本発明は、ふすま、障子、家具などの壁面などに繰り返し貼着しても貼着面に接着剤が残って汚したり、剥がす際に紙などの弱い貼着面が破れて破損したりすることがない、掲示物を収納して外から見えるようにした掲示物収納袋を提供するものである。
　本発明の掲示物収納袋は、貼着面に貼着する袋であって、袋は重ねられたシートの三辺がシールされ、残りの一辺に掲示物を挿入するための掲示物挿入口が形成され且つ一面に掲示物が透視できる透明部が形成されるとともに、袋には貼着面に対向する側の面に貼着面に繰り返し貼着剥離可能な貼着剥離層が設けられた掲示物収納袋において、前記貼着剥離層は、袋の貼着面に対向する側の面に強粘着糊層が貼着され、この強粘着糊層に接着性を向上させる粗面を有する仕切シートを介して球状粘着材を使用した再剥離糊層が貼着され、この再剥離糊層に剥離シートが積層されていることを特徴とする。
　本発明で袋に収納する掲示物は、袋の掲示物挿入口から挿入して収納可能な掲示物であり、例えば、写真、賞状、ポスター、絵はがき、メモ用紙、広告紙、商品案内シート、こよみカード、計画表など袋に収納できるサイズで、貼着面へ貼着後に保持できるものであればよい。
　袋は、樹脂シートの三方をシールし、一方を開放して掲示物の出し入れができるように掲示物挿入口が形成される。樹脂シートは、ＰＰ、ＰＥあるいはＰＶＣなどのシートがシールのし易さなどから適している。
　袋には、袋内に収納した掲示物を外側から透視できるように、透明部を形成する。透明部は袋全体を透明シートで作成すれば手間を掛けずにそのまま形成できる。あるいは掲示物が透視できる部分だけをハート形や額縁枠などの形にして透明にし、透明部の回りに色や模様を印刷してもよい。
　袋には貼着面に対向する側の面に貼着面に繰り返し貼着剥離可能な貼着剥離層が設けられる。貼着剥離層は、壁などの貼着面に貼着する場合は、透明部と反対側の裏面に設け、ガラスなどの透明な貼着面を通して掲示物が透視できるようにする場合は、透明部の周縁に貼着剥離層を設ける。
　貼着剥離層は、強粘着糊層、仕切シート、再剥離糊層、剥離シートで形成される。袋を貼着する強粘着糊層は、収納袋を壁などの貼着面から剥離する際に、袋が強粘着糊層から剥離することのない強い粘着強度を有する強粘着糊、例えば、アクリル系共重合体などの強粘着糊を使用する。袋に再剥離糊層を直接貼着せずに、まず袋を強粘着糊層で貼着することにより、袋の再剥離糊層の貼着不能の不具合が解消されるとともに、袋の材質に限定されることなく再剥離糊層の適用が可能となる。
　再剥離糊層は、強粘着糊層に直接重ねて設けようとすると、強粘着糊層と混合されて再剥離の機能が損なわれる。そのため、強粘着糊層と再剥離糊層とは仕切シートを介して積層する。
　仕切シートは、紙シートあるいは樹脂フィルムを使用する。仕切シートの表面は再剥離糊層との接着性を向上させるため微細な凹凸により粗面を有する。樹脂シートはコロナ放電などの表面処理により微細な凹凸を形成して再剥離糊層との接着性を向上させて強固に接着する。紙は表面がザラザラした粗面である場合、特に表面処理することなく再剥離糊層を強固に接着可能である。この仕切シートにより、収納袋を貼着面から剥離する際に、再剥離糊層が仕切シートからは分離することなく、再剥離糊層は貼着面から容易に剥離可能となる。
　再剥離糊は、粒状アクリル系重合体など市販されている公知の再剥離製粘着組成物を使用することができる。共重合体球体は１～２５０μｍの平均粒径を有している。再剥離糊層により、ガラス、金属、木、タイル、陶磁器、樹脂、紙などの平面あるいは曲面に貼着でき、剥離後には貼着面を汚すことがなく、繰り返し貼着・剥離することができる。また、貼着面がふすま、障子などのような強度のない紙であっても、紙を破ることなく貼着・剥離することができる。
　収納袋の掲示物挿入口は、風などで開いたりして挿入した掲示物が収納袋内でずれたり、収納袋から抜け落ちたり、体裁が崩れないようにするため、蓋を設けてもよい。蓋は、掲示物挿入口の上縁の折曲により掲示物挿入口を塞ぎ且つ裏面側の再剥離糊層に重なり接着されるようにして形成する。再剥離糊層により蓋を繰り返し貼着・剥離することが可能となる。
　掲示物を見映えよくするため、袋内に掲示物が載る大きさの台紙を挿入し、シート状物の周りに台紙により枠が形成されるようにしてもよい。
　本発明の収納袋は、再剥離糊層により繰り返し貼着剥離できるので、好みの場所に繰り返し貼り付けることができる。また、剥がした際に貼着糊が貼着面に残って汚したりすることもない。
　また、掲示物収納袋を剥離する際にふすまや障子などの弱い貼着面を損傷したりすることもない。

　本発明を実施例により説明する。

　図１、図２において、掲示物収納袋は、掲示物（例えば、写真）１を挿入するポリプロピレン製の透明シートからなる袋２と、その裏面側に設けられた貼着剥離層３により構成される。袋２は重ねられたシートの一辺が開放されて掲示物挿入口４が形成され、残り三辺がシールされて矩形に形成され、掲示物挿入口４より写真１を出し入れする。
　本実施例では、収納袋２は、挿入した写真１が透視できるように、全体が透明樹脂シートで形成されているが、挿入した写真１が透視できる部分のみを透明にし、その回りを印刷により色や模様を施してもよい。
　壁などの貼着面に対向する、袋２の裏面側の全面には、壁などの貼着面に対して繰り返し貼着と剥離が可能な貼着剥離層３が設けられている。貼着剥離層３は、袋２に貼着するための強粘着糊層５（例えば、リンテック（株）製「ＰＷ糊」）に表面に紙シート６を介して再剥離糊層７（例えば、リンテック（株）製「リピール」）が積層されている。再剥離糊層７には剥離シート８が積層されており、剥離紙８は、図２に示すように貼着時に剥離して除き、再剥離糊層７を露出させる。
　図１、図２に示す実施例では、貼着剥離層３を裏面側の全面に設けているが、袋の大きさにより、図３（ａ）に示すように、帯状に間隔をおいて形成してもよい。また、図３（ｂ）に示すように枠状に貼着剥離層３が形成されるようにしてもよく、貼着剥離層３の配置および大きさは適宜決定できる。
　本発明の掲示収納袋は、写真１を袋２の掲示物挿入口４から挿入して収納した後、剥離紙８を剥がし、図４に示すように、壁、家具、ふすまなど適宜の貼着面に貼着して掲示することができる。そして、貼着位置を変えたりして繰り返し貼着剥離できるとともに、貼着面を再剥離粘着糊で汚すこともない。
　また、図３（ｂ）において、透明部と同じ側に枠状の貼着剥離層３を設けると、図３（ｃ）に示すように、ガラス板、アクリル板などの透明な貼着面１１に透明部を向けて貼着することにより、例えば、ショーウインドーの場合、内側に掲示収納袋を貼着することにより、通行人はガラスを通して外側から広告などの掲示物を見ることが可能となる。そのため、従来のようにその都度、掲示物の回りを粘着テープで貼り付けることなく繰り返し貼着剥離できるとともに、ガラスを汚すこともなく、掲示に手間がかからない。
　図５は写真と台紙を袋内に挿入した収納袋の例を示す図である。実施例１と同一構成には同一符号を付してその説明は省略する。
　台紙８により、写真１の周りが台紙により縁取りされるようになるので、あたかも額縁に入れたように見えるので、見映えがよくなる。また、台紙８の色や模様を換えることにより、掲示物を引き立たせることができる。
　図６（ａ）は本発明の収納袋に蓋を設けた実施例を示す図、（ｂ）は蓋をした状態を示す図である。実施例１と同一構成には同一符号を付してその説明は省略する。
　本実施例では、図２に示すように、掲示物挿入口４を塞ぐ蓋１０を設ける。蓋１０は、掲示物挿入口４の表面側の上辺を裏面側へ折り曲げて裏面側の再剥離糊層７に重ねて貼着して掲示物挿入口４を塞ぐ。
　蓋１０で掲示物挿入口４を塞ぐことにより、写真が飛び出したり、風などにより掲示物挿入口４が拡がって体裁が悪くなったりするのを防止することができる。

Claims (8)

  1. 　貼着面に貼着する袋であって、袋は重ねられたシートの三辺がシールされ、残りの一辺に掲示物を挿入するための掲示物挿入口が形成され且つ一面に掲示物が透視できる透明部が形成されるとともに、袋には貼着面に対向する側の面に貼着面に繰り返し貼着剥離可能な貼着剥離層が設けられた掲示物収納袋において、
    　前記貼着剥離層は、袋の貼着面に対向する側の面に強粘着糊層が貼着され、この強粘着糊層に接着性を向上させる粗面を有する仕切シートを介して球状粘着材を使用した再剥離糊層が貼着され、この再剥離糊層に剥離シートが積層されていることを特徴とする掲示物収納袋。
  2. 　透明部が袋の表側に形成され、袋の裏側に貼着剥離層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の掲示物収納袋。
  3. 　透明部の周縁に貼着剥離層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の掲示物収納袋。
  4. 　袋がポリプロピレンシート、ポリエチレンシート又はポリ塩化ビニールシートのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項１～３のいずれかに記載の掲示物収納袋。
  5. 　再剥離糊層が平均粒径１～２５０μｍの球状粘着材を含むことを特徴とする請求項１～４のいずれかに記載の掲示物収納袋。
  6. 　掲示物挿入口の上辺に折曲により掲示物挿入口を塞ぎ且つ再剥離糊層に貼着される蓋が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１～５のいずれかに記載の掲示物収納袋。
  7. 　掲示物を載せて掲示物の回りに枠が形成される台紙が袋内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項１～６のいずれかに記載の掲示物収納袋。
  8. 　透明部の周縁に色や模様が印刷されていることを特徴とする請求項１～７のいずれかに記載の掲示物収納袋。
