Abstract
Description
ベースプレート上に設置された下部金型取付部材に対応する上部金型取付部材を、ベースプレート上に立設された左右一対のコラムに昇降可能に支持させてなる左右二つの金型開閉装置をそれぞれ独立して作動可能に配置してなる左右独立作動式コラム型加硫機において、
前記左右二つの金型開閉装置間で各々の左右一対のコラムを平面視でV字状に配置し、
前記V字状に配置されて左右間隔の狭いコラム側に各金型開閉装置へ生タイヤを搬入し得るローダを配置する一方、左右間隔の広いコラム側に各金型開閉装置から加硫済タイヤを搬出し得るアンローダを配置したことを特徴とする。
前記各金型開閉装置の上部金型取付部材上に、型締め時に各々の左右一対のコラムに係合して同上部金型取付部材を左右一対のコラムに固定するロック装置を設けたことを特徴とする。
前記ローダ及びアンローダは、ともにベースプレート上に昇降可能でかつ旋回可能に設置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- ベースプレート上に設置された下部金型取付部材に対応する上部金型取付部材を、ベースプレート上に立設された左右一対のコラムに昇降可能に支持させてなる左右二つの金型開閉装置をそれぞれ独立して作動可能に配置してなる左右独立作動式コラム型加硫機において、
前記左右二つの金型開閉装置間で各々の左右一対のコラムを平面視でV字状に配置し、
前記V字状に配置されて左右間隔の狭いコラム側に各金型開閉装置へ生タイヤを搬入し得るローダを配置する一方、左右間隔の広いコラム側に各金型開閉装置から加硫済タイヤを搬出し得るアンローダを配置したことを特徴とする左右独立作動式コラム型加硫機。 - 前記各金型開閉装置の上部金型取付部材上に、型締め時に各々の左右一対のコラムに係合して同上部金型取付部材を左右一対のコラムに固定するロック装置を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左右独立作動式コラム型加硫機。
- 前記ローダ及びアンローダは、ともにベースプレート上に昇降可能でかつ旋回可能に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左右独立作動式コラム型加硫機。
- 前記ローダ及びアンローダは、ともにベースプレート上に昇降可能でかつ旋回可能に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の左右独立作動式コラム型加硫機。
