Claims (3)

1. Vulkanizacijski stroj opremljen stupovima kojim se neovisno bočno upravlja, koji sadržava dva (lijevi i desni) uređaja za otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa (12a, 12b) koji su postavljeni tako da djeluju neovisno jedan od drugog, svaki uređaj za otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa (12a, 12b) opremljen je sklopom za postavljanje gornjeg kalupa (17a, 17b) koji odgovara sklopu za postavljanje donjeg kalupa (13a, 13b) postavljenom na osnovnu ploču (11) uređaja, sklop za postavljanje gornjeg kalupa (17a, 17b) koji se nagore i nadolje oslanja na parove lijevih i desnih stupaca (18a, 18b) postavljenih na osnovnoj ploči (11), parovi lijevih i desnih stupaca (18a, 18b) postavljeni su u dva uređaja za otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa (12a, 12b) u obliku slova V u tlocrtu, naznačen time, da sklopovi za punjenje (22a, 22b) koji mogu prenositi zelene gume (GT) u uređaje za otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa (12a, 12b), postavljeni na jednoj strani stupova (18a, 18b), međusobno su bliski, u smjeru bočno između stupova (18a, 18b) postavljenih u V konfiguraciji i sklopovi za pražnjenje (23a, 23b) koji mogu prenositi vulkanizirane gume (T) iz uređaja za otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa (12A, 12B) postavljeni su na jednoj strani stupova (18a, 18b), međusobno su široko razmaknuti u smjeru bočno između stupova (18a, 18b) postavljenih u V konfiguraciji.
2. Vulkanizacijski stroj opremljen stupovima kojim se neovisno bočno upravlja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da sklopovi za zaključavanje (21a, 21b) koji zahvaćaju parove lijevih i desnih stupaca (18a, 18b) za vrijeme stezanja kalupa radi zaključavanje sklopa za postavljanje gornjeg kalupa (17a, 17b) na parove lijevih i desnih stupaca (18a, 18b) predviđeni su na sklopu za postavljanje gornjeg kalupa (17a, 17b) svakog uređaja za otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa (12a, 12b).
3. Vulkanizacijski stroj opremljen stupovima kojim se neovisno bočno upravlja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da su sklopovi za punjenje (22a, 22b) i pražnjenje (23a, 23b) postavljeni na osnovnu ploču (11) tako da se mogu podizati i spuštati te zakretati.
