Abstract

본 발명은 고밀도 극세사 직물에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 후가공으로 시레(cire) 가공을 필요로 하지 않는 고밀도 극세 직물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 경사와 위사의 양쪽 또는 한쪽의 한 올의 섬도가 5데니어 이상 100데니어 이하이고, 상기 경사와 상기 위사의 양쪽 또는 한쪽의 상기 한 올내의 모노필라멘트의 섬도가 0.1데니어 이상 1.5데니어 이하이고, 상기 경사는 나일론 또는 폴리에스터, 또는 나일론 및 폴리에스터 복합사이고, 상기 위사는 나일론 또는 폴리에스터, 또는 나일론 및 폴리에스터 복합사이며, 상기 경사 또는 상기 위사 어느 한쪽에 나일론 고신축사, 나일론 소재의 부분배향사 또는 나일론 소재의 신도가 25%이상인 스핀드로얀, 또는 PVA계 수용성 섬유가 추가로 혼섬되거나 배열되어 수축된 k값이 22이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 극세 직물을 제조한다.
