- dust or foreign substances due to static electricity generated during the assembly, manufacturing, transportation, and storage of products Or since damage due to scratching is likely to occur, a protective film is used to prevent such damage.
- the above protective film for example, there is a protective film which is hard-coated to a protective film or a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on a polymer film, and an additive such as a slip agent or an antistatic agent is used for these films.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- the conventional protective film has the following problems.
- bone wrinkles occur when an additive such as a slip agent is inserted, and when the antistatic agent is added, a phenomenon occurs in which the antistatic agent migrates when the humidity is improved, causing a slip difference and a scratch.
- the intermediate layer And a co-extruded film comprising a first skin layer and a second skin layer that are present at both sides with the intermediate layer interposed therebetween, wherein at least one of the first skin layer and the second skin layer is ethylenically unsaturated carboxyl.
- a protective film comprising a polymer type antistatic agent comprising an acid.
- the resin is coextruded to an intermediate layer; And a first skin layer and a second skin layer present on both sides with the intermediate layer interposed therebetween, wherein at least one layer of the first skin layer or the second skin layer is co-extruded.
- the manufacturing method of the protective film characterized by adding a polymeric antistatic agent which consists of carboxylic acid to resin and coextrusion.
- the protective film according to the embodiments of the present invention while ensuring a good antistatic property, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a fold phenomenon due to contamination and scratches, such as dust or foreign matter, and to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles In addition, even when the humidity is improved, not only the occurrence of whitening phenomenon can be prevented, but also the slip property is good.
- the protective film according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a film layer in which a first skin layer and a second skin layer are formed on both sides with an intermediate layer therebetween.
