Claims (3)
- 被加熱物を収納する加熱室と、前記加熱室の底面に前記被加熱物を回転載置する回転載置台と、前記加熱室に収納された被加熱物を加熱する高周波加熱部と、前記加熱室を加熱するための第1のヒータと、前記第1のヒータの熱を前記加熱室に熱風として供給するための循環ファンと、前記被加熱物を加熱する第2のヒータとを備え、前記第1のヒータと前記第2のヒータとを前記加熱室の上面に個別に配置する高周波加熱装置。
- 前記循環ファンおよび前記第1のヒータを格納する循環ファンケースと、前記加熱室に熱風を循環させるための吸気孔および排気孔とから構成される対流ユニットが設けられ、前記第2のヒータに対して前記被加熱物に熱を輻射する輻射孔が設けられ、前記吸気孔と前記排気孔と前記輻射孔が前記加熱室の中心から外れた位置に配置された請求項1に記載の高周波加熱装置。
- 前記第2のヒータは、石英ガラス管の内部にニクロム電熱線を挿入して構成され、前記輻射孔上方の反射板により上方が覆われた請求項1記載の高周波加熱装置。
