Claims (11)
- テープ基材の一方の面に形成されたゴミ取り面を有する粘着テープを、そのゴミ取り面が表側を向くように巻回してなり、上記ゴミ取り面を被清掃面に接触させてゴミを捕捉する清掃用粘着テープロールにおいて、
上記テープ基材の一方の面には、上記ゴミを捕捉する粘着剤層と、表面が上記粘着剤層の表面より上に突出するように上記粘着剤層よりも厚く形成されるスペーサ層とが、所定の配列パターンで上記テープ基材に対して直に設けられていることを特徴とする清掃用粘着テープロール。 - 請求項1に記載の清掃用粘着テープロールにおいて、上記粘着剤層および上記スペーサ層は、それぞれ隣接して交互に配置されている。
- 請求項1または2に記載の清掃用粘着テープロールにおいて、上記粘着剤層および上記スペーサ層は、上記粘着テープの繰り出し方向に沿ってストライプ状に形成されている。
- 請求項1,2または3に記載の清掃用粘着テープロールにおいて、上記スペーサ層は、上記粘着剤層の粘着剤よりも弱い弱粘着剤を含んでいる。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の清掃用粘着テープロールにおいて、上記スペーサ層は、適度なゴム弾性を有する。
- テープ基材の一方の面に形成されたゴミ取り面を有する清掃用粘着テープの製造装置において、
所定のテープ搬送経路上を移動する上記テープ基材の一方の面上に所定のゴミ取り面形成材を塗布する塗布ノズルを含み、上記塗布ノズルは、少なくとも2種類の上記塗布物を分離しながら、ほぼ同時に塗布することを特徴とする清掃用粘着テープの製造装置。 - 請求項6に記載の清掃用粘着テープの製造装置において、上記塗布ノズルは、上記テープ基材の一方の面上に粘着剤を塗布して、粘着剤層を形成する第1塗布部と、上記テープ基材の一方の面上において、上記粘着剤層とは異なる位置にスペーサ層を形成する第2塗布部とを有し、上記第2塗布部は、上記テープ基材の一方の面に対して上記第1塗布部よりも高い高さ位置に配置され、上記スペーサ層を上記粘着剤層よりも厚く形成する。
- 請求項6または7に記載の清掃用粘着テープの製造装置において、上記塗布ノズルは、粘着剤注入口およびスペーサ剤注入口を有する一対のヘッド部と、上記ヘッド部間に狭持される第1シーム面および第2シーム面とを含み、上記第1シーム面の下端側には、所定の第1案内経路を介して上記粘着剤注入口と連通する第1吐出口が櫛刃状に形成され、上記第2シーム面の下端部には、所定の第2案内経路を介して上記スペーサ剤注入口と連通する第2吐出口が、上記第1吐出口の間に配置されている。
- 請求項6,7または8に記載の清掃用粘着テープの製造装置において、少なくとも2台の上記塗布ノズルを上記基材の流れ方向に配置してなる。
- テープ基材の一方の面に形成されたゴミ取り面を有する清掃用粘着テープの製造方法において、所定のテープ搬送路上を移動する上記テープ基材の一方の面上に粘着剤を塗布して粘着剤層を形成する第1塗布部と、上記テープ基材の一方の面上において上記粘着剤層とは異なる位置にスペーサ剤を塗布してスペーサ層を形成する第2塗布部とを有する塗布ノズルを備え、上記粘着剤層の厚さをT1、上記スペーサ層の厚さをT2(T2>T1)として、上記テープ基材の一方の面に対して、上記第1塗布部は、ほぼ上記厚さT1に相当する高さ位置に配置され、上記第2塗布部は、ほぼ上記厚さT2に相当する高さ位置に配置され、上記第1塗布部と上記第2塗布部とにより、上記テープ基材の一方の面上に上記粘着剤層と上記スペーサ層とを同時に形成することを特徴とする清掃用粘着テープの製造方法。
- 請求項10に記載された清掃用粘着テープの製造方法により作製されたことを特徴とする清掃用粘着テープ。
