Abstract

 ナトリウム塩を含有する放射性廃液の処理方法であって:ナトリウムイオンを選択的に透過する透過膜の両側に陽電極、陰電極を設置した電解槽の陽極室に、水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウムおよび炭酸ナトリウムのうち少なくとも1種を含む放射性廃液を供給して、この放射性廃液の電気透析を行い;前記陰極室にて、前記透過膜を透過したナトリウムイオンを水酸化ナトリウムとして前記放射性廃液から分離し;前記陽極室に残留した放射性物質を、放射性物質濃縮溶液として前記放射性廃液から分離し;分離された前記水酸化ナトリウムおよび前記放射性物質濃縮溶液をそれぞれ回収する放射性廃液の処理方法。
