Abstract

 発光部から人の目に入る方向に出射されるメラトニン分泌を抑制する波長の光の量を調整して、メラトニン分泌抑制への影響度を変化させることができ、時間又は使用者の生活態様に応じた適切な照明をすることができる照明装置を提供する。  配光特性が異なる第1発光部3,3…及び第2発光部4,4を用いて、第1発光部3,3…及び第2発光部4,4の発光強度を制御部により制御して、第1発光部3,3…及び第2発光部4,4から所定方向に出射されるメラトニン分泌を抑制する波長の光の量を変化させるように照明装置を構成してある。この結果、通常の使用態様時に人の目に入る方向(所定方向)に出射される光の量を変化させることにより、人の目に入るメラトニン分泌を抑制する波長の光の量を調整して、メラトニン分泌抑制への影響度を変化させることができると共に、時間又は使用者の生活態様に応じた適切な照明をすることができる。
