Abstract

본 발명은 LED를 사용함으로써 소모 전력을 감소시키고 인터넷 단말기 및 액세스 포인트를 이용하여 야외에서도 VoIP 통신이 가능한 가로등 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 가로등 시스템은 복수개의 가로등을 포함하며, 상기 복수개의 가로등 각각은 하나 이상의 LED를 포함하는 광원; 상기 광원을 구동하는 광원 구동부; 인터넷 단말기와 무선 통신을 수행하며, 인터넷에 접속된 액세스 포인트; 및 상기 인터넷 단말기와 상기 액세스 포인트 간에 무선 통신이 수행되면 상기 광원 구동부를 제어하여 상기 광원의 밝기를 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
