Abstract

　骨材としての炭化珪素粒子と、結合材としての酸化物とを含み、前記炭化珪素粒子相互間に細孔を保持した状態で結合しており、前記酸化物の添加量が炭化珪素粒子の表面積に対して０．５ｇ／ｍ２以上３．０ｇ／ｍ２未満である炭化珪素質多孔体である。
