Abstract

 装置の小型化と共に、加工精度の向上を図る。  ベッド1には、水平方向の一直線上を往復動可能に構成されてなる第1のスライド部101と、この第1のスライド部101に載置され、第1のスライド部101の往復動方向と直交する水平方向の一直線上を往復可能に構成されてなる第2のスライド部102と、この第2のスライド部102に載置されて、ワークを保持して回転するワーク保持部103と、これら第1及び第2のスライド部101,102に対して所定の位置に固設され、それぞれ砥石を回転可能に保持する第1乃至第3の砥石スピンドル21~23とを具備し、第1及び第2のスライド部101,102によるワークの移動によって研削加工を可能とし、第1乃至第3の砥石スピンドル21~23が設けられた段部1c側が装置の前面側に配されて、装置の小型化と共に作業性が向上されたものとなっている。
