Abstract

 プランジャを摺動自在に支持する第2のコア35と、プランジャの端部を収容可能な凹部34cが形成された第1のコア34とを環状に形成されたステンレススチールなどの非磁性体33により同軸に接合する。非磁性体33の内周面33dと第2のコア35の内周面35bは、非磁性体33と第2のコア35とをろう付けなどにより接合した後に内壁を切削加工することにより段差のない面一となるよう形成する。これにより、非磁性体33の内周面33dを第2のコア35の内周面35bと共にプランジャを摺動自在に支持する摺動面として機能させることができるから、プランジャの摺動性を向上させることができる。この結果、磁気クリアランスを小さくすることができ、電磁弁の性能を向上させることができる。
