Abstract

 本発明の鋼管用鋼は、C、Mn、Si、P、S、Ti、Al、Ca、NおよびO、ならびに必要に応じてCr、Ni、Cu、Mo、V、BおよびNbの一種以上を所定量含有する鋼であって、鋼中介在物がCa、Al、OおよびSを主成分とし、介在物中のCaO含有率が30~80%、かつ、鋼中N含有率(ppm)と介在物中のCaO含有率(%)との比が0.28~2.0であり、介在物中のCaS含有率が25%以下である耐サワー性能に優れた鋼管用鋼である。また、本発明の鋼管用鋼の製造方法は、鋼中N含有率(ppm)と溶鋼中へのCa添加量(kg/t)との比が200~857となるようにCaを添加する鋼管用鋼の製造方法である。本発明の製造方法によれば、スラグ組成、溶鋼の昇熱処理、溶鋼およびスラグの攪拌処理、ならびにCa添加が適正化されるので、優れた耐サワー性能および清浄度を有する鋼管用高強度耐HIC鋼を安定して製造できる。
