Abstract

 3~15°Cの温度範囲で多くの冷熱を蓄熱でき、過冷却防止の効果が高く、また水和物の凝固と融解を頻繁に繰返しても過冷却防止の効果を維持できる蓄熱剤、当該蓄熱剤の主成分となる包接水和物の生成を可能にする水溶液、当該包接水和物の製造方法などを提供する。臭化テトラ-n-ブチルアンモニウムおよび臭化トリ-n-ブチル-n-ペンチルアンモニウムの少なくとも一方を溶質として含み、臭化テトラ-iso-ペンチルアンモニウムが過冷却防止剤として添加されており、臭化テトラ-n-ブチルアンモニウムおよび/または臭化トリ-n-ブチル-n-ペンチルアンモニウムに対する臭化テトラ-iso-ペンチルアンモニウムの重量比率が所定の範囲である水溶液を準備する。その水溶液を水和物生成温度以下に冷却することにより包接水和物を製造する。その包接水和物を主成分として含む蓄熱剤とする。
