Abstract

 建設機械の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、フィルタに多量のPMが堆積される前にフィルタの再生を行うことで、再生直前の排気ガスの圧力上昇による出力の低下を回避し、かつ再生を行なった際のPMの燃焼によるフィルタ内部温度の異常上昇やそれに由来するフィルタの溶損を引起す可能性を低減する。  油圧ショベルによる作業の合間に運転室内で休憩する場合など、オペレータが運転室内でエンジン1をかけたまま一定時間全操作手段を不操作状態にすると、コントローラ4はその状態を監視し、不操作状態が所定時間Ta継続すると、差圧検出装置36の圧力検出値が第2所定圧力P2よりも高い場合は、エンジン1の回転数を所定の回転数Naに制御した後強制再生を開始し、フィルタ32に蓄積したPMを焼却除去する。差圧検出装置36の圧力検出値が第1所定圧力P1より低くなると自動的に再生を終了し、通常のエンジン制御に復帰する。
