Abstract

 本発明の光情報記録媒体は、基板上にAl基合金からなる反射膜および光透過層が少なくとも1層ずつ順次積層された読み出し専用の光情報記録媒体である。反射膜の算術平均粗さRaは0.5nm以下であり、反射膜の厚さは25nm以上である。本発明の光情報記録媒体は、高反射率および低ジッターを有し、好ましくは、耐久性に優れており、特に、BD-ROMやHD DVD-ROMのように青色レーザーを使用する光ディスクに好適に用いられる反射膜を備えた読み出し専用光情報記録媒体である。
