Abstract

 金属板の片面または両面に形成した接着剤層上に、ニトリルゴム100重量部に対して、DBP吸油量30~100ml/100g(ASTM D1765-91準拠)のカーボンブラック40重量部以上、粒子径0.01~0.1μmのシリカ15~100重量部、カーボンブラックおよびシリカ以外の無機充填剤0~40重量部および有機過酸化物5~20重量部、好ましくはさらにシランカップリング剤2~10重量部を含有せしめてなるニトリルゴム組成物を有機溶剤に溶解、分散させたニトリルゴム溶液を塗布した後、塗布層を加硫せしめてゴム層を形成する。
