La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage fonctionnel pour cuisiner. Le dispositif de chauffage fonctionnel comprend : un carter constitué d'une partie supérieure ouverte, une unité de brûleur montée verticalement dans le carter, un couvercle supérieur doté d'un brûleur et qui abrite une partie et un trou d'air, un ventilateur soufflant, une plaque de dispersion d'air située sur le couvercle supérieur et sur l'unité de brûleur, et qui comporte une partie de courbure en forme de U et des trous-traversant, une plaque de maintien située sur la plaque de dispersion d'air et qui contient du charbon de bois ou des pierres fonctionnelles, une plaque de succion montée dans le carter sur laquelle se trouvent des trous-traversant, une partie de réception couplée à la plaque de succion et destinée à recevoir des substances étrangères, une plaque grill située sur la partie de réception et qui dispose d'un orifice de support et d'orifices de chaleur, et une casserole montée à travers l'orifice de support de la plaque grill et dotée d'une partie support en saillie de manière à être posée sur la plaque grill.
