Abstract

 柔軟性および耐ガソリン性に優れる難燃性シラン架橋オレフィン系樹脂組成物および絶縁電線ならびに難燃性シラン架橋オレフィン系樹脂の製造方法を提供すること。  密度が0.880~0.895g/cm3の超低密度ポリエチレンにシランカップリング剤をグラフト重合させたシラングラフトポリエチレンと、ポリプロピレン系エラストマーと、金属水酸化物と、シラン架橋触媒とを含有するオレフィン系樹脂組成物とする。難燃性シラン架橋オレフィン系樹脂は、シラングラフトポリエチレンよりなるシラングラフトバッチと、ポリプロピレン系エラストマーと金属水酸化物とを含有する難燃剤バッチと、オレフィン系樹脂にシラン架橋触媒を配合してなる触媒バッチとを混練し、成形した後、水架橋して製造する。
