Abstract

 外部からの水の浸入を防ぐシール性能に優れ、内部発熱や外部環境の温度変化による内部の熱歪み、および外力によってセンサ部品やその周辺回路部に損傷が生じず、しかも安価に製作できる回転検出センサを提供する。回転検出センサAは、車輪用軸受に取付けるセンサ固定部材7に固定される。センサ素子と、ケーブル10と、基板11とでセンサユニットBを構成する。このセンサユニットBを基板11でセンサ固定部材7に固定する。センサユニットBの周囲に、モールド材を基板11と接着状態に成型したモールディング部8を設ける。基板11は、導電パターン部3の周辺となる基板表面に金属の被膜からなる金属パターン部13を設け、この金属パターン部13に前記モールド材を接着させるものとする。
