发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种可实现不同倾角卸料、 防止车辆行驶过程中搅拌筒和副车架跳动、 可适应各种工况、 使用寿命长的带举升装置 的混凝土搅拌运输车。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提出的技术方案为: 一种带举升装置的混凝土搅拌运 输车, 包括底盘、 副车架和搅拌筒, 搅拌筒支承于副车架上, 所述副车架的尾部与底盘 的尾部铰接, 副车架的前端装设有举升装置, 所述举升装置包括举升油缸和油缸支座, 油缸支座装设于底盘上, 举升油缸一端与油缸支座铰接, 另一端与副车架铰接。
所述副车架的尾部装设有卸料槽, 卸料槽连有一连杆, 连杆通过转销与副车架上所 设卸料槽安装座铰接。

所述底盘尾部装设有追尾护栏, 追尾护栏包括止动销、 栏杆、 设于栏杆两端的支撑 板和连接板, 各连接板一端与支撑板铰接, 另一端分别固定于底盘尾部两侧, 支撑板和 连接板通过止动销定位。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点就在于: 在现有的混凝土搅拌运输车上增加了举升 装置, 举升装置可采用双举升油缸的形式, 使副车架与搅拌筒可以安全、 迅速举起, 当 举升装置达到最大举升角时, 搅拌筒达到水平状态, 从而改变了搅拌筒的倾斜角度, 可 加快搅拌筒内混凝土的出料速度、 降低残余率、 减少搅拌装置的磨损; 在车辆行驶状态 举升油缸锁住副车架, 保证了副车架与底盘贴合, 防止车辆行驶过程中搅拌筒和副车架 的跳动, 减小冲击载荷, 延长整车寿命; 将卸料槽、 追尾护栏设计成既可旋转又可拆卸 的形式, 使混凝土搅拌运输车能与多种砼类输送设备配合使用, 以适应于各种工况下的 要求。 本发明的带举升装置的混凝土搅拌运输车, 可对三级配混凝土和一般混凝土进行 运输, 且提高了混凝土的运输、 输送的机械化程度, 提高了效率, 降低了成本, 为大型 工程的混凝土运输提供了理想的解决方案。

本实施例的举升装置 3的工作原理如图 7所示: 液压油泵 33通过取力器与底盘变 速箱 34相连, 通过在驾驶室内控制变速箱档位和电控气动取力开关, 实现取力器的接 入与分离,取力器接入时举升装置 3进入工作状态,液压油泵 33从底盘变速箱 34取力, 通过液压管路将液压油箱 35内的液压油吸入举升油缸 31。 液压油进入举升油缸 31前, 会依次通过换向阀 37和平衡阀 38, 换向阀 37通过控制油路换向, 实现举升油缸 31举 升和下降两种状态之间的转换; 平衡阀 38保证两个举升油缸 31同步举升或同步下降, 保证搅拌筒 4在举升或下降过程中的平稳性。 液压油进入举升油缸 31后, 带动举升油 缸 31伸或缩, 并以油缸支座 32上的铰接点为中心转动, 推动副车架 2完成举升或下降 的动作。工作过程中, 可通过设置在油缸支座 32附近的控制手柄 36控制换向阀 37, 进 而对举升油缸 31的运动方向进行控制。
