具有油气密闭回收装置的可移动加油站 技术领域
本发明涉及一种加油装置, 尤其是一种安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 它是设在 地面上可移动的、 给汽车油箱充装汽油或柴油的加油设备。 背景技术
目前国内加油站的储油罐长期埋在地下, 由于受到地下的侵蚀, 罐壁常发生油、 气渗漏或泄漏, 这对加油站周边土壤造成了严重污染和损害, 尤其对地下水资源的破 坏是无法挽救的。 同时, 这些埋地加油站有相当一部分建在城市, 有的还分布在闹市 区。 随着城市化进程的加快, 新建的高楼大厦和居民小区逐渐吞噬着加油站周边环境, 致使这些加油站的安全距离不符合汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范的相关规定, 导致 了加油站面临关闭、 搬迁的困扰。 另一方面, 为了满足城市的发展需求, 还要不断建 设新的加油站, 建新站又要动迁征地, 面临城市土地匮乏的一系列矛盾, 因此, 缩小 加油站占地面积, 成为棘手的问题。
另外, 现有加油站的储油罐很少设置油气回收装置, 即使个别采用了油气回收的 措施, 但效果大都不理想, 运油槽车在对储油罐进行注油的过程中, 大量油气挥发到 大气中, 对环境造成严重污染, 危害人们的身心健康。
经检索, 市面上有一种橇装式加油站, 它是将储油罐设置在地面上, 尽管相对埋 地罐来说已经有所改进; 但加油机和储油罐彼此分离布局, 两者之间通常要保持一定 的距离, 同时该加油站还设有独立的操纵间或控制室等, 由此带来加油站的占地面积 大, 施工工程难度大, 费用高, 仍然存在着可改进的空间。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一在于, 针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种安全、环保、 节能型加油装置, 本装置设有的双壁储罐和加油机为一整体固定在橇体上, 储罐内与 双壁夹层中都填充有阻隔防爆材料, 保证储油罐的本质安全, 以及在橇体的罩体上固 设分体式加油机, 可大大减少占地面积; 罩体根据周边环境的需要, 可采用多种造型 和图案, 在视觉上增强安全效果; 该加油装置可整体吊装, 搬迁、 移动方便; 建站时 间短、 费用低、 使用和维护简便; 采用标准化和模块化的设计, 适用于各种供油环境》 本发明要解决的技术问题之二在于, 针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 在实现了储油罐的自身安全、 防爆问题基础上, 设置了油气回收装 置, 在注油的过程中实现油气的密闭回收, 有效避免储油罐油气挥发, 减少对大气的 污染和破坏, 节约能源, 真正做到环保、 节能和降耗的效果。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 至少包括有储油罐, 储油罐的出油管与加油 机相连, 该储油罐为双壁罐, 且在储油罐内腔和双层罐壁所构成的夹层中分别填充有 阻隔防爆材料; 储油罐和加油机的下方设有橇体, 橇体上设有罩体, 该橇体通过螺栓 固定在防撞地基上以形成可移动的加油站。 该加油机为分体式加油机, 包括有数字电 子显示器, 油泵箱体和加油枪, 数字电子显示器和加油枪设在罩体壁的外侧, 油泵箱 体设置在罩体内与储油罐外所形成的空间内, 并固设在橇体上; 罩体外壁上还设有用 于支撑加油枪的支架, 加油枪支架设置在数字电子显示器的下方; 储油罐的出油管连 接在油泵箱体上, 油泵箱体上的出油软管穿过罩体壁孔连接在加油枪上; 所述的储油 罐上设有油气回收装置, 该装置包括设在储油罐上的呼吸阀, 通过呼吸阀与储油罐连 通的管道上安装有三通阀, 三通阀的另一端连接有油气回收管, 该油气回收管的接管 嘴在运油槽车对储油罐注油的过程中, 与运油槽车的油气回收管接头相连接。
通常情况下, 橇体为由槽钢构成的长方形框架, 为了增加框架的强度, 在框架中 间设有纵、 横交错的加强筋。 罩体包括前、 后、 左、 右四面墙体, 该墙体为由方钢焊 接成多格框架, 框架上部固设有铝塑板, 框架下部设有百叶窗。 数字电子显示器设有 升数、 金额和单价数字的电子显示屏以及操作键盘, 数字电子显示器上还设置有液位 仪的显示器。 为了满足使用需求, 加油枪与加油机相匹配, 可以为一个或一个以上, 同时加油枪的支架和加油枪对应设置。 油泵箱体上设有的进油管与储油罐相连, 为了 安全, 在进油管的前端设有紧急切断阀, 同时, 还在油泵箱体内还设置有防油气挥发 气泄漏的检测装置, 一旦检测到油气泄漏, 及时报警。 为了方便操作人员, 在罩体顶 部向外延展有防晒篷, 该防晒篷的设置位置与数字电子显示器所处的位置相对应, 且 防晒篷对应下部的橇体延展有操作人员的工作台。 另外, 储油罐内腔还设有隔舱板, 将罐体空间分割成一个以上封闭的空腔, 用于在同一储油罐中储藏不同的油品。
综上所述, 本发明的有益效果包括以下几个方面:
1、 本发明所提供的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 在橇体上固设分体式加油机 以及在双壁储油罐内腔和夹层中都填充有阻隔防爆材料的, 可有效地预防因明火、 静 电、 焊接、 枪击、 碰撞和错误操作等引发的意外爆炸事故, 在大大减少占地面积的同 时保证储油罐实体安全;
2、 橇体上的罩体根据周边环境的需要, 罩体的造型可根据具体场所的进行多样 化的风格设计, 可采用多种造型和图案, 实现与环境的整体协调, 在视觉上增强安全 效果; 储油罐结构和尺寸以及加油机的规格, 可根据用户的要求设计和制造;
3、 该装置广泛适用于城市中心、 居民社区、 大型停车场、 高速公路、 城镇和农 村等固定和临时的多种加油场所, 该加油装置可整体吊装, 搬迁、 移动方便; 建站时 间短、 费用低、 使用和维护简便; 采用标准化和模块化的设计, 适用于各种供油环境;
4、 本发明所提供的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 在实现了储油罐的自身安全、 防爆问题基础上, 设置了油气回收装置, 在注油的过程中使油气密闭回收, 有效避免 储油罐油气挥发对大气的污染和损害, 防止了能源的浪费, 真正做到环保、 节能和降 耗。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一歩地详细说明。 附图说明

如图 1所示, 为本发明安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置的整体结构示意图, 图 2为 本发明图 1 的俯视图。 从图 1、 图 2中可知, 本发明提供一种安全、 环保、 节能型加 油装置, 至少包括有储油罐 1。 该储油罐 1的出油管 1 1与加油机 2相连, 储油罐 1底 部设有支座 10, 储油罐 1为双壁罐, 且在储油罐 1的内腔和双层罐壁所构成的夹层中 分别填充有阻隔防爆材料, 储油罐 1 的下方设有橇体 3, 橇体 3通过螺栓固定在防撞 地基 4上以形成可移动的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置; 橇体 3上设有罩体 5。 通常 情况下, 橇体 3为由槽钢焊接成长方形框架, 为了更加稳固, 框架中间还设有纵、 横 交错的加强筋, 同时, 在框架上铺设有花纹钢板, 并形成有排水沟槽, 框架通过地埋 螺栓固定在防撞地基 4上, 为了保证加油装置的安全, 地基 4还设置有静电和避雷保 护网。 当该装置需要搬迁时, 由于储油罐 1、 加油机 2 以及输油管道等设备均座落在 橇体 3上, 只要撤去与地基连接的螺栓, 即可进行整体吊装, 搬迁十分方便。 这样一 来, 采用本发明所提供的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置建立的加油站, 具有建站时间 短, 快捷高效的优点, 能够适用于各种供油的环境。 另外, 本安全、 环保、 节能型加 油装置由于设置在地面之上, 比埋地加油站可大大节省占用土地及土建施工费用等。 如: 建立一个这样的储油罐为 25 M3加油装置, 占用土地面积仅为 40 M3, 比埋地式 同样罐容积的加油站, 可大大节约土地占用面积, 该加油装置的占地面积主要是以橇 体 3的占地面积设计的。
在橇体 3上固设的罩体 5, 其主要作用是对储油罐 1 的进行保护, 防止意外事故 冲撞和损伤; 另外, 在罩体 5罩壁的墙面上还可以制作各种温馨的广告宣传, 对于建 立在闹市区的加油站, 既能消除人们对易燃、 易爆危化品的恐惧感, 还可以在营造和 谐气氛方面起到积极的作用。 通常情况下, 罩体 5由前、 后、 左、 右四面墙体构成, 墙体由方钢焊接成多格框架 5 1, 上部框架装有铝塑板 52, 铝塑板 52的色彩可以根据 具体场所的需求进行不同的选择, 造型可进行风格化多样设计, 实现与整体环境的协 调和统一, 比如: 罩体 5可以采用长方体形状、 圆柱体形状或其他不规则形状。 框架 5 1的下部还可以设置百叶窗 53,可以增强罩体内的空气流通,一旦管道或胶垫出现油、 气的泄漏, 通过空气的流动有效地避免油气的集聚, 消除隐患; 还可以通过设置的油、 气体泄漏的检测装置, 自动报警、 采取措施, 确保安全。 另外, 在前、 后框架的对应 位置分别设置有起吊环 (图中未示出), 用于进行整体吊装。
如图 3所示, 为本发明图 1 的侧视图, 结合图 1、 图 2可知, 加油机 2为分体式 加油机; 它包括有数字电子显示器 21, 油泵箱体 22和加油枪 23, 其中, 数字电子显 示器 21和加油枪 23设置在罩体 5的罩体的外侧壁上,油泵箱体 22设置在罩体 5内侧 与储油罐 1外部空间的橇体 3上。 为了确保安全, 在油泵箱体 22内还设置有防可燃性 气体 (本发明主要是指轻质燃油气体) 泄漏的检测装置, 一旦收集到泄漏的油品, 自 动报警, 采取措施, 确保安全。 连接在油泵箱体 22上的出油软管 25穿过罩体 5上开 设的罩壁孔连接在加油枪 23上, 罩体 5外壁还固设有用于支撑加油枪的支架 24, 设 置在数字电子显示器 21 的下方, 加油枪 23的数量与设计的输油泵相对应, 可以为一 个或一个以上,本实施例中加油枪 23的数量为两个,即采用的是双泵双枪式的加油机。 在两个加油枪支架 24的中间部位, 还设有该加油装置的配电箱 26。 在油泵箱体 22内 设有加油机齿轮油泵、 过滤器和流量计, 其中的齿轮油泵可以采用国际计量 OIMLR 1 1 7/1 18标准的 G .P03齿轮泵, 采用定轴式内啮合圆弧齿轮传动和强迫引导式 油气分离技术, 运行平稳、 噪音低、 油气分离能力和吸油能力强、 寿命长特点。 流量 计可以采用国际计量 OIMLR 1 17/1 18标准的 LLJ05流量计, 为曲柄连杆定行程控制和 软活塞内置弹簧密封等技术, 产品可实现 500万升无事故、 工作寿命高达 1 000.万升, 并在零下 45度的低温情况下仍能正常工作。
根据使用的需要, 数字电子显示器 21 上设有升数、 金额和单价数字的电 '子显示 屏 27以及操作键盘 28。 数字电子显示器 21 内设有控制电路板和电子元器件, 其上还 设置有液位仪的显示器 29, 以随时监控储油罐 1 内油品液位的高、 低等参数。
如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 在罩体 5罩壁顶部向外延展有防晒篷 54, 该防晒篷 54 的设置位置与数字电子显示器 21所处的位置相对应, 且防晒篷 54对应下部的橇体 3 延展有操作人员的工作台 31。 防晒篷 54 由方钢焊接成长方形棚架, 棚架上铺设有阳 光板, 防晒篷 54中央处安装有防爆灯 55。
如图 4所示, 为本发明安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置的进、 出油管道布局示意图。 从图 4中可知, 在对储油罐 1进行注油的过程中, 汽油从进油阀 121进入, 经过滤器 122 的过滤作用, 去除杂质以保证油品纯度, 通过输油管道顺序地通过三通阀 123和 流量计 124, 经油泵 125、 止回阀 126, 从进油管 12进入储油罐 1, 为了保证安全, 在 油泵 125位置还设置有防油气体泄漏的检测装置, 一旦收集到输油管道等油、 气的泄 漏, 自动报警、 采取措施, 确保安全。 在加油的过程中, 汽油从出油管 1 1输出, 经出 油阀 1 1 1在输油管道中输送, 经球阀 1 12和紧急切断阀 1 13进入油泵箱体 22, 在油泵 箱体 22的进油管道上设有高温自动断油保护阀等, 在油泵箱体 22的作用下, 汽油经 出油软管 25从加油枪 23输出。
如图 1所示, 为了防止储油罐 1在注油过程中的油气直接排放到大气中造成对空 气的污染, 在储油罐 1上设有油气回收装置 6。 该油气回收装置 6包括呼吸阀 62, 通 过呼吸阀管道 64与储油罐 1连通, 在呼吸阀管道 64上安装有三通阀 63, 三通阀 63 的一端连接有油气回收管 61 , 油气回收管 61 的接管嘴与运油槽车油气回收管接头相 连接。 在向储油罐 1注油时, 三通阀 63由人工操纵下, 油气回收管 61打幵, 呼吸阀 62关闭, 储油罐 1 内所储存的油、 气通过油气回收管 61 (呼气) 回收到运油槽车的储 油罐内: 储油罐 1通过加油机给汽车加油的过程中, 油气回收管 61 关闭, 呼吸阀 62 敞开着, 储油罐 1通过呼吸阀 62进行 "吸气"。 因此, 通过该油气回收装置实现密闭 卸油, 这样油气不能挥发到空气中, 大气无污染, 安全环保。 同时, 为了更加安全, 在储油罐 1的夹层中还连接有漏油检测管 14和漏油检测阔 141, 对储油罐 1的罐壁一 旦发现漏油, 可随时进行实时检测。
由于现有技术的橇装加油站, 加油机与储油罐进行分离设置, 两者之间还要保留 一段距离形成安全距离 (如图 3所示), 这样, 相对增大了加油站的占地面积。 采用本 发明所提供的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 由于采用了分体式加油机新颖性的设计, 在罩体 5的外部所暴露出来的只有数字电子显示器 21、 加油枪 23、 加油枪支架 ¾以 及配电箱 26的开门,连接在油泵箱体 22上的出油软管 25穿过罩体 5上开设的罩壁孔 连接在加油枪 23上。 为此, 只有采用本发明的阻隔防爆储油罐, 加油机和储油罐之间 才能实现 "零距离" 的要求, 取消了所谓 "加油岛" 的概念。
本发明采用的储油罐 1为阻隔防爆储油罐, 这种储油罐为双壁罐, 在储油罐内和 双罐壁的夹层中分别填装有阻隔防爆材料。 阻隔防爆材料是由特种合金材料经拉网机 制成叠层结构网状或球状体。 这种材料填充在储油罐内, 可有效地防止因明火、 静电、 焊接、 枪击、 碰撞等引发的意外爆炸事故, 实现本质安全。 关于阻隔防爆材料更详细 的内容, 可以参见申请号为 200510067976.1、 发明名称为 "阻隔防爆材料" 的发明专 利申请, 或参见申请号为 200510066233.2、 发明名称为 "阻隔防爆材料单元体" 的发 明专利申请。 同时在储油罐 1 内装有竖井、 清污隧道以及罐底部连接有排污管道等, 可方便地对储油罐进行维修、 对罐内阻隔防爆材料进行清洗和排污处理。'其具体实施 例以及其作用和效果等相关的详细内容, 可参见专利号为 ZL01 144635.8、 发明名称为 "可清洗和维修的阻隔、 防爆地下储油罐" 的发明专利。 储油罐 1 内还设有带有高、 低液位报警功能的液位仪、 储油罐的顶部还设置有紧急泄压装置、 防溢流装置等; 在 罐壁夹层内设置有防油气泄漏的检测装置, 该检测装置为天津东丽警报器厂生产的 QJ 一 T 可燃气体探测器, 它一旦收集到泄漏的油品, 自动报警, 采取应急措施, 避免对 地下水资源造成的污染。
阻隔防爆的工作机理是: 根据热传导理论及形成燃烧、 爆炸的基本条件, 利用储 油罐内填充网状材料的高孔隙, 阻止火焰的迅速传播与能量的瞬间释放, 同时利用金 属材料的表面效应, 破坏燃烧介质的能量集聚和形成爆炸的条件, 阻止燃烧和爆炸, 实现本质安全。 该阻隔防爆材料具有抑制油气的挥发, 在对加油站的埋地储油罐进行 阻隔防爆技术改造后, 可有效地降低油品损耗, 减少油气对大气环境的污染。 举例来 说, 经测定对于一个年销售量为 5000吨的中型加油站, 实施阻隔防爆技术改造后, 每 年可减少油品的损耗近 13吨, 节省资金 7万多元人民币。
因此, 只有在储油罐实施阻隔防爆技术改造后, 实现了本质安全的基础之上, 改 变加油机和储油罐之间的结构布局, 实现 "零距离" 要求才能够成为现实。
为大容积储油罐内需求多种油品时, 还可以在储油罐的罐体内设置一个或多个隔 舱板, 将罐体容积分隔成两个或多个相对独立的舱室。 隔舱板的设置一方面增强了储 油罐罐体的强度, 另一方面, 将储油罐分隔成各自独立的舱室, 可以同时盛装两个或 两个以上不同标号油品的汽油, 如: 90 #、 93 #、 97 #等, 满足在同一个储油罐中储 存多种油品的需要。 需要说明的是, 还需要在每个舱室中设置清污通道, 并相应设置 排污阔以便及时清污、 排污。 最后所应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明而非限制, 尽管参照较佳实施 例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明进行修 改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范 围当中。

1、 一种安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 至少包括有储油罐, 储油罐的出油管与 加油机相连, 该储油罐为双壁罐, 且在储油罐内腔和双层罐壁所构成的夹层中分别填 充有阻隔防爆材料, 储油罐和加油机的下方设有橇体, 橇体上设有罩体, 该橇体固定 在防撞地基上以形成可移动的加油站, 其特征在于,
所述的加油机为分体式加油机, 包括有数字电子显示器, 油泵箱体和加油枪, 数 字电子显示器和加油枪设在罩体的外侧壁, 油泵箱体设置在罩体内侧与储油罐外所形 成的空间内, 并固设在橇体上: 罩体外壁上还设有用于支撑加油枪的支架以及加油机 的数字电子显示器, 加油枪支架设置在数字电子显示器的下方; 储油罐的出油管连接 在油泵箱体, 油泵箱体的出油软管穿过罩体壁孔连接在加油枪上;
所述的储油罐上设有油气回收装置, 包括有设在储油罐上的呼吸阀, 通过呼吸阔 与储油罐连通的管道上安装有三通阀, 三通阀的一端连接有油气回收管, 该油气回收 管的接管嘴在运油槽车对储油罐注油的过程中,与运油槽车的油气回收管接头相连接。

4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 数字电子显示器设有升数、 金额和单价数字的电子显示屏以及操作键盘, 数字电子显 示器上还设置有液位仪的显示器。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 加油枪为一个或一个以上, 加油枪支架和加油枪对应设置。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 油泵箱体设有进油管与储油罐相连, 进油管的前端设有紧急切断阀。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 6 所述的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 其特征在于, 所 述的油泵箱体内还设置有防油气泄漏的检测装置。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 3 所述的安全、 环保、 节能型加油装置, 其特征在于, 所 述的罩体顶部向外延展有防晒篷, 该防晒篷的设置位置与数字电子显示器所处的位置 相对应, 且防晒篷对应下部的橇体延展有操作人员的工作台。
