Abstract

【課題】被加工テープのセット操作を容易にするのみならず、そのテープ端の切断および鋭角状で側辺の面取りも同時に行え、かつ一挙に二箇所の端部加工が行えるようにされた折目線形成テープの端部面取り加工装置を提供する。 【解決手段】受け台2上で被加工テープの一端部を規定する位置決めストッパー48と、この位置決めストッパー48にて一端を受け止められて配される被加工テープに対し上側から係止力を付加する上下動自在な係止ロッド10と、この係止ロッド10先端の係止針11を中心にして被加工テープの軸線方向にてその係止ロッド10の両側に相対向して斜め上方から被加工テープを鋭角に切り込むとともに面取りする一対の総形カッタ21と、係止ロッド10の上下動に連動させて一対のカッタ21を進退操作する駆動手段30と、この駆動手段30を操作する操作レバー41とを備えている。
