本发明的一种新型蔬果自动切割器属于蔬果切割器的技术领域。本发明蔬果自动切割器由切割片与电机推送杆组成。本发明,将蔬果放置于电机推送杆前方,通过推送杆挤压使蔬果穿过切割片,将果蔬切片或切丝。

本发明一种新型蔬果自动切割器属于蔬果切割器的技术领域。
背景技术
目前果蔬在切片或切丝的过程中,需要人工处理,在重复、繁重的过程中,由于人体承受能力的限制,可能会造成对自己的伤害,同时,对果蔬的处理中会有大小、厚薄、粗细的较大直观误差,影响食用美观。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种新型蔬果自动切割器,该新型蔬果自动切割器在电动机的推送下,通过切割片,对机器内的果蔬进行电动切割。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型蔬果自动切割器,包括切割片(1)、底板(2)、活动挡板(3)、挡板(4)、滑动轴(5)、推板(6)、推轴(7)、电机(8)、齿轮槽(9)、卡槽(10)、卡槽(11)、开关按钮(12)、齿轮轴(13)、齿轮(14)、选择按钮(15)、输入按钮(16)、液晶显示屏(17)、马达(18)、控距装置(19)、马达轴(20)、控距器(21)、电控组件(22)、滑轨(23),其特征在于:挡板(4)顶部上表面设有距离标示,挡板(4)底部与底板(2)上表面上部固定连接,滑动轴(5)底部内嵌于底板(2)上表面靠近中央纵向凹槽位置,滑轨(23)底部内嵌于底板(2)上表面上方横向凹槽位置,活动挡板(3)底部与滑动轴(5)滑动连接,齿轮槽(9)内嵌于挡板(4)下表面中央凹槽位置,齿轮(14)咬合于齿轮槽(9)内,齿轮(14)与齿轮轴(13)一端固定连接,齿轮轴(13)另一端与马达轴(20)一端固定连接,马达轴(20)另一端与马达(18)一端固定连接,马达(18)与控距器(21)固定于电机(8)内部,马达(18)与控距装置(19)通过电线连接,电控组件(22)固定连接于电机(8)上表面顶部,电机(8)底部与滑轨(23)滑动连接,推板(6)一端与推轴(7)一端固定连接,推轴(7)另一端与电机(8)一侧固定连接,卡槽(10)位于底板(2)上表面左端顶部,卡槽(11)位于挡板(4)下表面左端顶部,切割片(1)两边可插入卡槽(10)、卡槽(11)内,切割片(1)右侧外表面与活动挡板(3)左端顶部外表面紧密接触。
所述电控组件(22)由开关按钮(12)、选择按钮(15)、输入按钮(16)、液晶显示屏(17)通过电线连接组成。
所述控距装置(19)由控距器(21)与电控组件(22)通过电线连接组成。
所述电机(8)由马达(18)与控距装置(19)通过电线连接组成。
所述切割片(1)下部与前部分别插入卡槽(10)与卡槽(11)内,在卡槽内轴向活动连接,法向固定,切割片(1)右侧外表面与活动挡板(3)左端顶部外表面紧密接触。
所述滑动轴(5)与滑轨(23)部分重合,重合部分使用滑动轴(5)轨迹。
通过上述本发明的技术方案,本发明非常有效的解决了蔬果切割对人体带来的重复、繁重劳动,并且使处理完的果蔬形状统一、美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明:
如图1所示,由切割片(1)、底板(2)、活动挡板(3)、挡板(4)、滑动轴(5)、推板(6)、推轴(7)、电机(8)、齿轮轴(13)、齿轮(14)、电控组件(22)、滑轨(23)构成果蔬切割器,活动挡板(3)通过在滑动轴(5)上滑动,可调整与挡板(4)间距离,以适应放入果蔬的宽度,电机(8)通过在滑轨(23)上滑动,可调整推板(6)与切割片(1)间距离,并保持电机(8)带动推板(6)水平运动,以适应放入果蔬的长度,推板(6)通过推轴(7)与电机(8)连接,电机(8)在电控组件(22)的控制下进行横轴轴向运动,在推板(6)的运动下可将放入的果蔬推向切割片(1),对果蔬进行切割。
如图2所示,切割片(1)可插入底板(2)上的卡槽(10)与挡板(4)上的卡槽(11),并通过卡槽(10)、卡槽(11)进行轴向固定,挡板(4)上设置距离标示,以提供切割距离参考。
如图3所示,可根据实际情况的需要,对切割片(1)进行更换,对果蔬进行切片或切丝。
如图4所示,挡板(4)内嵌齿轮槽(9),齿轮槽(9)可提供法向运动轨迹。
如图5所示,电机(8)在控制装置(22)的控制下,带动齿轮轴(13)工作,齿轮(14)在齿轮轴(13)的带动下咬合于齿轮槽(9)内,通过轮(14)在齿轮槽(9)内运动轨迹带动电机(8)水平运动,并且通过推轴(7)推动推板(6)做水平运动,将放置其中的果蔬水平方向推动。
如图6所示,由开关按钮(12)、选择按钮(15)、输入按钮(16)、液晶显示屏(17)组成电控组件(22),通过液晶显示屏(17)显示所需距离,选择按钮(15)调整液晶显示屏(17)显示位数,输入按钮(16)设置液晶显示屏(17)显示数值,开关按钮(12)控制电机的工作,当未设置切割距离时,则默认完全切割;设置切割距离后,则切割至距离标示位置。
如图7所示,由控距器(21)与电控组件(22)组成控距装置(19),在电控组件(22)设置工作距离后,由控距器(21)将数字信息转化为马达工作信息。
如图8所示,在电机(8)内的马达(18)在控距装置(19)的控制下,带动马达轴(20)、齿轮轴(13)根据所设置的距离运动,完成工作后,再回到起始位置。
在使用时,果蔬通过机器两端挡板进行固定,在电机通电工作的推动下向切割片方向移动,对所需果蔬进行切片或切丝处理。

1.一种新型蔬果自动切割器,包括切割片(1)、底板(2)、活动挡板(3)、挡板(4)、滑动轴(5)、推板(6)、推轴(7)、电机(8)、齿轮槽(9)、卡槽(10)、卡槽(11)、开关按钮(12)、齿轮轴(13)、齿轮(14)、选择按钮(15)、输入按钮(16)、液晶显示屏(17)、马达(18)、控距装置(19)、马达轴(20)、控距器(21)、电控组件(22)、滑轨(23),其特征在于:挡板(4)顶部上表面设有距离标示,挡板(4)底部与底板(2)上表面上部固定连接,滑动轴(5)底部内嵌于底板(2)上表面靠近中央纵向凹槽位置,滑轨(23)底部内嵌于底板(2)上表面上方横向凹槽位置,活动挡板(3)底部与滑动轴(5)滑动连接,齿轮槽(9)内嵌于挡板(4)下表面中央凹槽位置,齿轮(14)咬合于齿轮槽(9)内,齿轮(14)与齿轮轴(13)一端固定连接,齿轮轴(13)另一端与马达轴(20)一端固定连接,马达轴(20)另一端与马达(18)一端固定连接,马达(18)与控距器(21)固定于电机(8)内部,马达(18)与控距装置(19)通过电线连接,电控组件(22)固定连接于电机(8)上表面顶部,电机(8)底部与滑轨(23)滑动连接,推板(6)一端与推轴(7)一端固定连接,推轴(7)另一端与电机(8)一侧固定连接,卡槽(10)位于底板(2)上表面左端顶部,卡槽(11)位于挡板(4)下表面左端顶部,切割片(1)两边可插入卡槽(10)、卡槽(11)内,切割片(1)右侧外表面与活动挡板(3)左端顶部外表面紧密接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型蔬果自动切割器,其特征在于:所述电控组件(22)由开关按钮(12)、选择按钮(15)、输入按钮(16)、液晶显示屏(17)通过电线连接组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型蔬果自动切割器,其特征在于:所述控距装置(19)由控距器(21)与电控组件(22)通过电线连接组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型蔬果自动切割器,其特征在于:所述电机(8)由马达(18)与控距装置(19)通过电线连接组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型蔬果自动切割器,其特征在于:所述切割片(1)下部与前部分别插入卡槽(10)与卡槽(11)内,在卡槽内轴向活动连接,法向固定,切割片(1)右侧外表面与活动挡板(3)左端顶部外表面紧密接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型蔬果自动切割器,其特征在于:所述滑动轴(5)与滑轨(23)部分重合,重合部分使用滑动轴(5)轨迹。
