Abstract

 蓄電池であるキャパシタの電圧の変動が大きい場合にも、システム全体の効率を向上させることができる電圧制御装置および電圧制御方法を提供する。  所定の負荷に電力を供給するキャパシタと、負荷に接続されたインバータと、直流端子が加極性に直列接続される二つの電圧形インバータおよび二つの電圧形インバータの交流端子をAC結合し、所定の漏れインダクタンスを有するトランスを含み、二つの電圧形インバータの一方がキャパシタに並列接続され、キャパシタのキャパシタ電圧を昇圧した直流電圧をインバータへ出力するAC結合双方向DC-DCコンバータと、キャパシタ電圧に応じた値を有するAC結合双方向DC-DCコンバータの効率に基づいて直流電圧の指令値を生成して出力する制御手段と、を備える。
