Abstract

 フェノチアジン誘導体色素を、最大吸収を示す波長より長波長側でも検出することを可能とするフェノチアジン誘導体色素検出方法を提供する。フェノチアジン誘導体色素を含む反応系に、5-ヒドロキシ-1-(4-スルホフェニル)-4-(4-スルホフェニルアゾ)ピラゾール-3-カルボン酸塩、6-ヒドロキシ-5-(4-スルホフェニルアゾ)-2-ナフタレンスルホン酸塩、3-ヒドロキシ-4-(4-スルホナフチルアゾ)-2,7-ナフタレンジスルホン酸塩、7-ヒドロキシ-8-(4-スルホナフチルアゾ)-1,3-ナフタレンジスルホン酸塩、3’,6’-ジヒドロキシ-2’,4’,5’,7’-テトラヨードスピロ[イソベンゾフラン-1(3H),9’-(9H)キサンテン]-3-オン塩、3’,6’-ジヒドロキシ-2’,4’,5’,7’-テトラブロモ-4,5,6,7,-テトラクロロスピロ[イソベンゾフラン-1(3H),9’-[9H]キサンテン]-3-オン塩、4,5,6,7-テトラクロロ-3’,6’-ジヒドロキシ-2’,4’,5’,7’-テトラヨードスピロ[イソベンゾフラン-1(3H),9’-[9H]キサンテン]-3-オン塩またはフラボノイド系色素を添加した後、波長610~730nmにおける吸光度測定によりフェノチアジン誘導体色素を検出する。
