Abstract

圧電アクチュエータ(51)は、電界の状態に応じて伸縮運動する圧電素子(11)と、一方の面に圧電素子(11)が貼り付けられる台座(21)と、圧電素子(11)および台座(21)を支持するための支持部材(46)とを有し、圧電素子(11)の伸縮運動に応じて、圧電素子(11)および台座(21)が上下に振動するものである。台座(21)は、この台座(21)よりも低剛性な振動膜(31)を介して支持部材(46)に接続されている。また、圧電素子(11)と支持部材(46)の輪郭形状は異なっている。
