Abstract

【課題】放射性フッ素標識アミノ酸標識化合物の製造に有用な標識前駆体の製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】FACBCのsyn-OH体とanti-OH体との混合物に脱離基を導入する反応工程において、反応系に塩基を存在させることにより、塩基に対して反応性を示さず安定性の高いsyn脱離基付加体と、塩基と反応して水溶性化合物となるanti脱離基付加体とが生成する。この溶解度差を利用した精製方法により、syn脱離基付加体を選択的に分離できるようになる。塩基としては、直鎖又は分岐鎖の炭素数1から10の一級から三級のアルキルアミン、炭素数2から20の窒素含有複素環化合物、および炭素数2から20の窒素含有ヘテロ芳香族環化合物が用いられる。
