Abstract

La présente invention décrit un dispositif pour exercices de flexion et d'étirement, permettant à l'utilisateur d'effectuer des exercices de flexion et d'étirement efficaces, même dans un espace réduit. Le dispositif pour exercices de flexion et d'étirement possède une partie siège (2), une partie levage (3) pour déplacer verticalement la partie siège (2), une partie basculante (4) pour basculer latéralement la partie siège (2) conjointement avec le mouvement vertical de la partie siège (2) réalisé par la partie levage (3), et une partie motrice (5) pour actionner la partie basculante (4) et la partie levage (3). La partie levage (3) possède un élément de levage (30) sur lequel la partie siège (2) est installée et qui est soutenu en déplacement vertical, un élément de moteur de levage (31) pivoté par l'alimentation de la partie motrice (4) autour d'un axe vertical pour déplacer verticalement l'élément de levage (30), et un élément de retenue (32) pour empêcher l'élément de levage (30) de pivoter en même temps que la rotation de l'élément de moteur de levage (31).
