背景技術
[0002] この種の角度検出装置では、一般的に、抵抗体上を摺動する接片及び集電体上 を摺動する接片が形成された摺動子を取り付けた回転体と駆動軸とを係合させ、駆 動軸の回転により端子間の抵抗値が調整されるという構造を採用している。
[0003] ここで、駆動軸は、部品精度や組み付け精度の不具合や耐久劣化により、ラジアル
Zスラスト方向にズレゃガタツキ、偏心が発生し、摺動接片と抵抗体の位置ズレによ つて精度が悪化し、さらに、ロータの軸受け部に摺動摩耗粉が発生することによって も、角度検出に出力ノイズを起こすことがある。そこで、この問題点を解決するものとし て、特許文献 1に記載の回転型センサが知られている。この回転型センサは、回転体 に設けられた係合溝部に駆動軸を挿入することにより、駆動軸のズレゃガタツキ、偏 心を係合溝部で吸収しょうとするものである。

課題を解決するための手段
[0006] 前記目的を達成するため、本発明は、駆動軸の回転角度を回転センサにより検出 する角度検出装置において、弾性部を備えた回転体を駆動軸と回転センサのロータ
部との間に介在させ、かつ、該回転体が駆動軸と同軸に回転自在に保持されている ことを特徴とする。
[0007] 本発明に係る角度検出装置においては、弾性部を備えた回転体が駆動軸と回転 センサのロータ部との間に介在されているため、駆動軸にズレゃガタツキ、偏心が発 生しても、回転体の回転軸位置がずれることはなぐ回転センサのロータ部の回転位 置変動が抑えられる。さらに、回転体の弾性部によって駆動軸の位置変動が吸収さ れ、駆動軸のズレゃガタツキ、偏心による回転センサのロータ部への荷重が軽減され 、ロータ部の摺動磨耗が低減する。
[0008] 本発明に係る角度検出装置においては、回転体はその先端にピボット軸部を有し 、該ピボット軸部は回転センサの軸受け部によってロータを介して駆動軸と同軸上に 位置決めされていることが好ましい。また、回転体の弾性部は、貫通孔と、相互に直 交する中実部の積み重ね構造とから構成することができる。

発明の効果

することができる。し力も、回転体に弾性部を備えているので、駆動軸の位置変動を 効果的に吸収し、駆動軸のズレゃガタツキ、偏心によるロータ部の摺動磨耗を低減 でき、ひいては回転センサの出力ノイズを低減できる。

[0033] また、回転体の弾性部は、駆動軸の偏心などを吸収できる構造であれば種々の構 造を採用することができる。さらに、ピボット軸受けに充填されるグリスは、前記フッ素 オイルを基油としたものに限らず、種々のグリスを用いることができる。
産業上の利用可能性
[0034] 以上のように、本発明は、外部力 伝達される回転角度を高精度に検出する角度 検出装置に有用であり、特に、駆動軸のズレゃガタツキ、偏心にも拘わらず回転角度 を高精度に検出できる点で優れている。
Claims
[1] 駆動軸の回転角度を回転センサにより検出する角度検出装置において、
弾性部を備えた回転体を前記駆動軸と前記回転センサのロータ部との間に介在さ せ、かつ、該回転体が駆動軸と同軸に回転自在に保持されていること、
を特徴とする角度検出装置。
[2] 前記回転体はその先端にピボット軸部を有し、該ピボット軸部は前記回転センサの 軸受け部によって前記ロータを介して前記駆動軸と同軸上に位置決めされていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の角度検出装置。
[3] 前記回転体の弾性部は、貫通孔と、相互に直交する中実部の積み重ね構造とから なることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項又は第 2項に記載の角度検出装置。
[4] 前記駆動軸の略半円形状先端部を前記回転体に設けた略半円形状の穴に圧入 することにより、前記駆動軸と前記回転体とが係合されていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第 1項ないし第 3項のいずれかに記載の角度検出装置。
[5] 前記回転体のピボット軸部を回転可能に支持するピボット軸受けを有する筐体を備 え、前記回転センサの端子を前記筐体に埋設した端子に接合することにより、前記 回転センサを前記筐体に搭載したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項ないし第 4項の いずれかに記載の角度検出装置。
[6] 前記回転センサの裏面に設けた突部が前記筐体に設けた位置決め孔に嵌合され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項に記載の角度検出装置。
[7] 前記筐体のピボット軸受けに、フッ素オイルを基油としたグリスが充填されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項又は第 6項に記載の角度検出装置。
