Abstract

Cette invention concerne une protéine hybride comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés de thiorédoxine et une hormone parathyroïde 1-34 aval provenant de la thiorédoxine, et des vecteurs d'expression associés. La protéine hybride peut également contenir un peptide de liaison présentant un site de reconnaissance de l'enzyme protéolytique entre la thiorédoxine et l'hormone parathyroïde 1-34. La protéine hybride peut être utile pour produire l'hormone parathyroïde 1-34 humaine.
